We needed to relocate an existing alarm due to building work and were quoted well over £1k by the alarm supplier. I contacted DRAM and we had an engineer out that evening to take a look and quote, the initial removal of the alarm happened at a time to suit us and the reconnection after the building work happened again when we were available rather than when they could make it.

What I particularly liked was that there was no hard sell. Due to the original alarm being proprietary, it was not possible to reconnect all of it without knowing the engineer codes so we needed some new kit but there was never an attempt to cajole us into anything top of the range or far beyond our requirements.

The final bill matched the amount quoted even though a bit more work was required which still came out at less than half of our original quote.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DRAM to anybody.

Had a price over the phone from this company for an alarm. Agreed on price date and time. The engineer was here for 3 hours to install an alarm. no cables, no fuss, no mess. It makes a change to have something straight forward without any hassle.

Called Dram security after my mums car was keyed for a second time. Steve offered to come around for a free site survey the following day. I had 3 cameras fitted a week later and steve shown me how to view them on my Ipad and laptop. my mum feels alot safer knowing she can see who is outside without going to the door and it has also given me some piece of mind being able to log in and take a look around the house.

Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and very, very helpful. Would use them again any day of the week!

As a small company I welcomed the professional advice taylor made to my individual needs. Now we not only have a modern remote security system where my staff can feel safer but we can also use the playback system for training on an ad-hoc basis.
