Fabulous slippers and fabulous customer service
This was my fourth order from Drapers over the last 6 years (that is surely a great endorsement in itself). My latest pair of slippers (Kim style) are luxurious. If you have any issues with your order, the customer service is exemplary......they will not argue with you, they will just sort things. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.

Am I the only one disappointed this year?
I have always bought my slippers from Drapers but, whist the prices have not gone up, I feel the quality has dropped. Not sure if I am the only one feeling this but the thick luxury of the sheepskin has gone.

Smart, comfortable British slippers.
This is the 3rd time I’ve bought slippers from Draper. I have their brochure which I think is essential to flick through! There’s a huge variety of styles. These are just so practical, beautifully made, sturdy, comfortable and smart. Being British is also a must for me.
Great customer service and easy returns is also important.
