Easy to shop … fingers crossed on the product … I’m not gunna lie you got a lot of bad reviews … but ton more good ones .

If there are positive reviews, they are fake. Absolute scam. This business is stealing your money. Clothes are cheap and look nothing like advertised. They are pocket hoodies with screen print.

Order was not as advertised. Was expecting knit wear, cotton and canvas materials. Received cheap rayon and polyester with stenciled art. Feel scammed. Avoid this company.

We purchased 2 coats from this company and they were nothing that we expected the coats were made cheap in the description it says their winter coats but in reality they are cheap windbreakers and they come 2 sizes smaller than asked for my wife got a large even though she wears a medium for extra space for sweaters and warmer clothing but her large fits like a extra small, I ordered a 3 ex and mine fits like a large ridiculous we did have high hopes but we were let down. And now even though I sent pictures of us in our coats and now was sent an email saying they have a long process to determine our problems, which means wait until you forget about us scam company

This company offers cheap shoddy goods. In the pictures on the website, the jumpers and coats are represented as chunky knits of good quality materials. I ordered a man's chunky cardigan in a 3D celtic pattern. I received effectively a polyester hoodie with the pattern printed on it. Not a sign of 3D or quality. This is a scam.
Needless to say, I have requested a refund and a return label.
Surprise! no label, no refund - just 'I cannot get a response from the finance department.'
Have nothing to do with this company.
Wish I had followed my usual practice of checking Trustpilot reviews first.

Beautiful clothes

This company is a totally SCAM, they show really nice cool wool sweaters on there online shop, i ordered the shirt and the poorest temu like shirt with a print on arrived.
The is absolutely no connection between the pictures and the actual product delivered.

This is not what I ordered pictures clearly shows a thick n knitted sweater but I got this thin crap ass shit. This company sucks ass for the money I spent they are luck they are not in the States or there would be hell to pay for this shit.

What was shown on their site, Is Not What We Received!!
The sweaters they show are thick with Big Furry Hoods. What we got was Truly the Cheapest excuse for sweaters !!

You got all sort of wear, a lot of design and the price is very good, i home to command amocher time when my finance will be up.

Amazing stuff. When your AD came across my phone and saw these men, manly men.. the kind mothers don't give birth to anymore wearing this style of clothing I knew I was that kind of MAN that could pull something like this off. Not every MAN can. So Thank you Dravoks for producing confidence back into MEN

I ordered a product from Dravoks and was extremely disappointed. The item I received did not match the description or the photos on the website — the quality was far worse than advertised.

It was very difficult to get in touch with the seller, and I received no clear support or resolution from their customer service. In the end, I had to open a dispute through PayPal, and only thanks to PayPal was I able to get my money back.

​I want to specifically highlight the brilliance of your "delay strategy." I emailed you immediately—well within your cancellation window—requesting to stop the order. Instead of simply clicking a button, you waited in silence just long enough to claim that my request had "exceeded 24 hours." Telling me it was too late to cancel after ignoring my timely emails is a masterclass in gaslighting.

​I was also deeply touched by your robotic response where you "prayed I feel healthy and happy" while simultaneously refusing to give me my money back. Offering a $5 voucher as compensation for holding my funds hostage was a generous joke.

​You claimed you "produce on demand," yet threatened me with a "handling fee" for an item that clearly hadn't been made yet. Which is it? Is it made to order, or was it already sitting there ready to incur a fee? The logic is as broken as your service.

​Let’s be crystal clear for anyone reading this: This company did not refund me. They fought it until the end.

​PayPal had to STEP IN and force the full refund because you refused to process it.

​Mastercard had to handle the "handling fee" nonsense you tried to push.

​If you enjoy fighting disputes with payment providers just to get your own money back, this is the store for you. For everyone else, I suggest you take your business to a company that actually reads emails rather than just praying for you.

Items not what is advertised and you can’t get hold of anyone to do a return and refund although they say you can. It’s a big scam

Placed my order and then realized they were charging in US dollars even tho the website had it in Canadian. I emailed them right away and it has been 2 weeks and they have done nothing but give me the run around
