The delivery is too slow and there is…

The delivery is too slow and there is no place in the website alert us on that before buying. Once it's been paid, and we suddenly realized it said needing 5 - 12 working days to process and 9 - 18 working days to ship, that is way too slow and feeling it is a scam or closing down soon. If any order needs 1 month to prepare, they need to have a disclaimer in advance so we will choose for other normal website.

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever, ordered in November as a Christmas gift and still have not received my goods 29th December!! I normally order of my trusted jewellers but decided I wanted something more personalised for a Christmas gift. Worse decision I made as I ended up having too buy another jewellery piece to replace this item.. will never order of this place again and will never recommend to others.

Ordered an item on the 19th of…

Ordered an item on the 19th of November. Was advised that it would take 12 days to process. Emailed and asked at day 12 was told would be another week. Then another week. Then it’s finally made and going through QA. Then they decide to cancel my order. I believe it was because I felt like I was being scammed and expressed this to Afterpay. And they must have emailed them. I am absolutely disappointed with this company and service. The customer advice is responsive but overall not helpful. I will await my refund however waiting 32 days for a star map to be printed is not good time management. All this on Christmas Eve. Very disappointed

Didn't receive order

Ordered items valued over $100 well over a month ago, they were for christmas presents.I have received nothing. Sent an email enquiry and just keep getting the same generated reply. Very unhappy and would like to know how i get a refund.

Website claims 5-12 days to be shipped…

Website claims 5-12 days to be shipped out, has now been over a month and it has not been shipped. Needed to give this as a Christmas gift and now it’s too late to sort anything else. Terrible customer service, as they can’t even give me and idea when it will be shipped.
Would not recommend!

Web site pretends to be Canadian.. Get ready for looots of extra fees and duties

Web site pretends to be Canadian! And then you pay extra for premium shipping and you get a wonderful surprise stating you owe duty and DHL is holding your package! Spend $40 dollars + another $30 for duty... costs more then the item itself! No where on the site does it say BOO about it..

If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, I would. A month after ordering my items, had not arrived. Two standard reply emails were sent to me when asking where my order was. I asked for a refund and I was told they would keep 70% of the cost of my order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. First and definitely the last time I will purchase from Drawelry. I'm so angry, I've wasted my time and money. Its not hard to take orders, fulfill orders.

I would give 0 stars if I could, 100% A SCAM

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke of a company. 100% A SCAM

I placed my order on 17 November to allow plenty of time for Christmas delivery. After purchasing, I received one confirmation email and nothing else — no updates, no shipping info, no communication at all.

When I contacted them to ask where my order was, I was repeatedly told to “wait 7–10 business days.” I did. I’ve now waited 33 days.

It wasn’t until I emailed multiple times that they finally bothered to look into my order, only to tell me there was a “fulfilment delay” and that it still won’t be dispatched for another 7 working days. That means well over a month just to process an order — completely unacceptable.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift. I ordered early, did my research, and still got burned. Having to chase a company over and over just to get them to do their job is a massive red flag. Definitely like when you are getting scammed

At this point it feels misleading at best. Do not buy from this company. Save yourself the stress, money and shop elsewhere.

If there was zero stars I would have chose that. Scam of a company. Delivered my package to the wrong address and you can only contact via message. No phone number. And all AI chat boy replies. Ignored me and had to get visa to get my money back. Total BS company. Save yourself the grief and don’t order from them
