I would give zero stars if I could! This site is a SCAM! I ordered my painting and brushes in April and it is now the end of July and I still haven't received my order. I've yet to receive any shipping information and every time I contact their customer service (at least 4 times weeks apart) they say the order has been shipped and they can't do anything until it arrives. clearly these items will never arrive since they can't even get me the tracking information on my order.

I ordered in April and still have not received my orders now at the end of July. I emailed customer service and they said it is our of their hands as they already gave it to the shipping company but they don't even provide a shipping number. They just say to wait and refuse to refund.

Total scam - I ordered in early April 2020 and it’s Mid July and still nothing. I have contacted them and they said wait wait then stopped contacting me back. I am internet disappointed.

I also believe it is a total scam, bought in April for a May birthday present for my grandson. Once a month they send an email and the tracking # leads to an "oops"page. I disputed the charge on my credit card.

Placed an order on April 26th it is now July 17 and still nothing.

I was told repeatedly that they were unable to provide me with a tracking number and then, all of a sudden, poof - I had a tracking number. The order has been sitting in China since May with zero movement, yet this company refuses to refund my order. Their ridiculous policy states that they can't refund your order until after 30 days after you receive it. What?! How does this make any sense? Customer Service is a joke and every email is the same BS scripted reply.

Save your money and go somewhere else! This site is nothing but a scam to take your money and provide you with NOTHING.

took over 3 months to receive, when my kit finally came the order was incorrect, I was told I had to cut the painting in half and send in a picture in order to receive a refund.

82 days since item was shipped still have not received it. Had a lot of things to say but it looks like everyone has said it. Not sure what to do at this point?

Absolute scam. Ordered $40 worth of products in March, it is now July and still nothing. I emailed them three times and they have just received the third of which I hope they enjoy my rant about how f u c k ing terrible they are. Could use that $40 too. Oh well, f u c k me then.

Same as everyone here. Ordered on April 16th. Fed the lie that they don't have the tracking number. And that COVID is the reason for delay. They do this to everyone and COVID had just given the lie legitimacy. I bet if you go to their "track your order" link (below) at any time, it will say it is down.

I have contacted my bank, USAA, and they are going to be able to get me my money back. I encourage you all to go ahead and cancel your orders and get your money back if you can. I am also reporting them to the BBB.

I placed an order on 04/06/2020. I received a "shipping" notification on 05/01/2020 and it has not been updated since, as of 07/16/2020. This company is a scam. They won't refund you until after you get the product, but it is now clear that they never intended to deliver it.

I will NEVER order from this company ever again. Their customer service team does nothing to help and just says the same thing over and over, which is “wait. There’s nothing we can do.” I’ve been waiting close to 4 months and have never been given an update. I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Every aspect of this transaction has put a bad taste in my mouth and I haven’t even received the product yet. 0 stars if possible. Awful experience.

I can not say this enough: THIS IS A SCAM. Believe the other reviewers. I purchased over $100 worth of product from this website during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic and as I write this review, it's been 3 months, 20 days since my order was placed; so much so, THE TRACKING LINK EXPIRED, and customer service is LESS THAN WORTHLESS. I WILL NEVER EVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS B.S WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. I have reported them to my bank and I'm determined to get my money back. Even if I get my purchase, I will be throwing it in the trash. I am DISGUSTED with this worthless excuse for a company.

I have emailed several times requesting my package and or a refund and every time I get the same answer that my package is shipped and is on the way, yet still no package! They will not issue a refund keep saying they can’t til I receive the package which clearly is never coming.

Do not order! This is a scam. I order over three months ago and never received my order - when I contacted them they said they're not "allowed" to give a refund until I receive my order, which is insane. The order was supposedly shipped two months ago but there is "no way to track it". Just awful all around.

Same as most of the people here, ordered in April and is now July and still noting. They said it takes a while because of that the world is going through but 3 months? No wonder why is free shipping. Tracking number doesn’t work.
