Honest guidance and a surgeon who truly listens
I underwent double jaw surgery and chin reduction (genioplasty) with Dr. De Cicco. I had an excellent experience. He truly listens and takes the time to understand what you want, without simply telling you what you’d like to hear. Instead, he provides honest, balanced guidance, clearly explains the pros and cons, along with the potential short- and long-term effects, allowing you to make a well-informed decision without any pressure.
What I particularly appreciated is that he never tries to impose his opinion or pressure you. If you change your mind, he is flexible and offers alternative options to address your concerns; If not, he fully respects your decision.
Most importantly, he delivers exactly what is agreed upon, which builds a great deal of trust and confidence.
He is also always available to answer any questions you may have after the consultation, no matter how big, small, or even “silly” they might seem. That level of support is incredibly reassuring.
As an added bonus, his English is excellent, which is very helpful for those who don’t speak Italian.
A very satisfied patient here .I would highly recommend him.I hope I won’t need surgery again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.
