Dreadful experience with this company. I placed an order and never received my item. The company ignored my email asking for help and I managed to contact their Instagram after seeing other reviews with the same problem. The same thing happened to me. The man first claimed to be ill, and then fobbed me off for weeks with different excuses. Never received either my order or a refund.

Not the best. Placed an order, waited and received nothing. Emailed, sent fb message and still nothing. Only responded when I contacted and commented on insta, was told he'd been unwell and was a single dad. Asked for my address which I gave, still waiting. Talking to other customers who never received their orders and they have the same response from him if they get one at all. I'm probably gonna have to chase my money at this point

After ordering a few times with no issues, when I did have an issue I read this review and panicked!! However, there was no need. I contacted the company and also contacted them on Instagram and they were (I suspect one person!) really helpful and sorted my problem right out (a simple swap of a misssent item)

I must say I have had no issues dealing with the company and they have sorted my issue. I’ll be happy to, and will be, ordering again in future.

I suspect the other reviewer regarded them as a huge business with all the time in the world. Not a very small business trying to get by. Treat them like people and with patience and I can see no issues arising ever!

I would avoid this company.
Ill give you a breakdown.
I order some light brown dreadlocks. I received an email saying the order was sent to the warehouse. I didn't get an email saying they had been dispatched and I wanted to change the colour so I thought I would try contact the company.
I emailed the email on the order confirmation and it bounced back.
I then went onto their website and tried the contact us option and it kept bouncing back saying there was a invalid response.
So I went onto the instagram page to discuss it because that's where I saw the dreads advertised. I looked under the contact us option and it listed a mobile number. I whatsapped the mobile number and at first they made out like I had a wrong number, but the profile picture was of someone with dreads and I explain it was on the Instagram page. They told me to use the contact us option on the website and as I was explaining it didn't work they blocked me on whatsapp.
So I commented on an Instagram photo explaining they had blocked me on whatsapp before I could explain that the other options were not working.
I was told I hadn't been blocked and Instagram wasn't the place to discuss orders. I disagree. If you have a business page on Instagram, advertise on instagram, then orders can and should be discussed on Instagram, especially if all other avenues have been exhausted.
Anyway, I was told he didn't like my tone, he thought I was abusive, he was a full time stay at home dad and wasn't at my command. Thing is, I wasn't being rude. I was trying to explain I was also a full time parent with a full time job and I has tried multiple times to contact him, if he couldn't issue a refund then I would go to my bank and open a dispute. I'd tried to be nice, I'd tried different methods of contact.Weirdly enough he decided to delete all mine and his comments and block me.
So I email him, I wait, no response.
A week later, I go onto Facebook and notice lots of comments from others who are having issues with orders and lack of contact. I message on Facebook and comment...no response.
A friend of mine contacts him on Instagram and he states "That lines of communication are open over email and he is awaiting my response" complete fiction. My friend, super polite, asks when he emailed me and he just straight blocks him.
He hasnt emailed me. He has tried repeatedly to make me out to be a bad person when I was actually just trying to get a refund or change my order.
I'm still waiting for a refund after multiple emails. He has time to block people, but not time to respond.
And I have screenshots of it all.
Avoid this company, this toxic man.
