Save your money, buy a better hoodie!
Ordered a DBDNS hoodie off of Asos for £55. My reason for purchasing was because the hoodie itself had an ok design (simple logo on the front) but the fabric and the quality looked like it was comfortable (from the pictures).
However, when I received my hoodie, I was very disappointed. It's a very AVERAGE hoodie. Nothing special about it. When I pay >£50 for an item, I expect good quality material and it to be comfortable. This hoodie did not have that. I bought a large and it was far too tight. Most disappointingly though was the poor embroidery on the logo. It was not done well and gaps where you can very clearly see the hoodie fabric.
I am returning my hoodie 100%. This brand is not big enough to charge £55 for a hoodie and provide such a poor quality item. I was likely paying a cost of upwards of £25 for just "brand name".
Save your money. Or, DBDNS should reduce their prices.

We were closed over the Christmas break which is when you placed your order. We shipped your order on the first day back in the studio which was 4th January.
I've checked the tracking and can see that your order has still not arrived which is beyond the expected delivery time. We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries who are normally very reliable, however all couriers have had a lot of issues with staff shortages due to Covid-19 and increased volumes over the Christmas period which has led to delays.
Some orders have gone through no problem, and others have taken weeks to be delivered. It's completely down to the capacity and backlog of each depot.
It is as frustrating for us as it is for you that orders are taking longer to be delivered at the moment, but we hope you can understand that this is due to the pandemic and is unfortunately out of our control.
We are expecting Royal Mail to be back to normal in the next few weeks which is when you can expect standard UK delivery to return to 2 working days.
We are going to email you with tracking information for your order so you can keep an eye on it.

I can see that your order was shipped on the same day that we received it, however delivery did take longer than usual with this order. It reached Australia quickly, but the local courier took a week or so to deliver the parcel once it had cleared customs. Usually Australia reliably takes 5-10 working days for delivery, but there can be delays from time to time.

We offer free international shipping for orders of £100 or more, however as you spent less than this there was a delivery charge. Shipping to Canada from the UK is expensive and we charge less than what it costs us.
We also prepay customs, duty and taxes to all orders we ship to Canada which is included in the retail price.

We removed Switzerland from our website as it was costing us over £32 per parcel which meant we weren't making money shipping there.
We have since added Switzerland back into our list of delivery countries and increased the shipping cost to reflect what it costs us. The charge for delivery to Switzerland is £29.99 per order or free when you spend £200.
