Bland, watery, tasteless, greasy food, poor service.
The first time we went, the food was okay, but the second time we were there, we were the only ones in the restaurant. It seems that the people running the place do not have a good sense of what it is to create a positive delicious dining experience. The hibachi was watery and tasteless. All the food had a weird taste, like old soy sauce was used in the back to cook the food. You know, all the soy sauce that was left out on the table for weeks on end. The shrimp tempura was sad. They gave my son only one stick of it, and it was so oily and soggy that it looked like it was dunked into oil and left there after it cooked. They didn't list onions as one of the ingredients, so we had to send back our food because they failed to list a major allergen on their menu as one of the main ingredients of the hibachi. All the food came out at different times, so we all ate separately even though we were sitting at the same table. I ordered vegetable tempura, and I waited so long, around an hour, that I gave up. When I got up to put my jacket on to leave, the cook tried to run out with my food in a to-go container, which I would not be able to eat fresh at this point because we had to leave. Then, they gave me a hard time to discount the bill. This food was overpriced because the value we received in return was very poor. We'll never be going back there.
