DreamLease Vehicle Leasing Specialists Reviews 

This was my very first car lease in the UK, so I was naturally quite cautious when I started shopping around in early December 2025. I had come across some negative reviews about DreamLease, which made me unsure whether to go ahead, but my experience turned out to be very positive.

I initially started out looking for a Cupra Born, and Tom quickly found me a very competitive deal. Then, around mid to late December, I changed my mind and decided I really wanted an Alpine A290 instead. Tom handled that change brilliantly and worked hard to find the right car on the best possible terms.

We were originally aiming for an end of January 2026 handover, but in January our family circumstances changed unexpectedly and we needed to move the delivery back to early March. Tom adjusted everything smoothly, including the lease agreement and delivery timing, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage.

The car was then delivered to my home address by transporter, which I really appreciated. My wife and I absolutely love the car and are genuinely delighted with it.

I also want to mention Lauren, Sue, Debbie and Georgia, who were brilliant during the later paperwork and finance stages. They were always friendly, down to earth and easy to speak to, and whenever I had a question, someone was only a phone call away.

Overall, DreamLease gave me a far better experience than I expected at the beginning. For a first UK leasing experience, the whole process felt professional, flexible and well managed from start to finish, and I would happily recommend them.
