Just arrived back home from a fantastic…

Just arrived back home from a fantastic 2 weeks at the Dreams Vacation resort.
We arrived very late on Sunday night and were given a room near the outer edge of the complex.The following morning when we met our holiday rep we asked to move closer to the restaurant. I am disabled and have trouble walking. A new room was sorted within an hour and we were given a new disabled room right near the pools and restaurants.
The customer service rep at the hotel Anna was on hand for anything that was needed. She went above and beyond her duties to see that everything we needed was there for us. She definitely is a credit to the hotel. Looking forward to going back in 2026.
