My husband and I ordered our mattress from Dreamtime Bed around 2.5 weeks ago, and the sales rep promised us to confirm the delivery 2 weeks from the order date. However, it turned out we have to call them back 2 weeks later to check out the order process for us. And we were very shocked to find out the order wasn't placed to the manufacturer's end (Sealy) . We had no choice to cancel the order and are trying to find other alternatives. It's a bed for our new home and now we have no bed to sleep on, totally disaster....
