Amateur, No-Response Business

I am a professional photographer and thought I found my perfect DreamWeaver template to update my website. All I needed was a couple of questions answered to check whether the template would be compatible with my present host's server.

Well, over a period of about three months I contacted Dreamweavergraphics three times, in three different ways ... AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

It seems impossible that this business could have overlooked three separate email queries. So, despite a seemingly friendly and welcoming support section on their site, they seem to ignore all contact!

I have come to the conclusion this is a small and amateur operation -- without any real interest or the person power to respond to a sales query.
