Reliable shore side backup is important, and this was a very positive factor on this charter.
Weather in this season is changeable, but we had some 'champagne sailing' nevertheless.
The islands around Phuket are amazing, certainly amongst the most impressive in the world.

From finding us the yacht that suited our dates thru to transfers to get to location, boat briefing excellent, great yacht that exceeded our sailing expectations.

Captain Levin made our week in the BVI absolutely fantastic.

He is incredibly skilled and confident at the helm, handling even the trickiest anchorages and docking situations with calm professionalism. We always felt completely safe, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip.

Beyond his technical ability, Levin is just a genuinely gracious and easygoing person. We were traveling with young kids, and he was wonderful with them—patient, kind, and happy to include them in the experience. Even when the inevitable little kid moments came up, nothing seemed to rattle him. His calm, positive attitude set the tone for the entire week.

If you’re looking for a captain who combines exceptional seamanship with warmth, flexibility, and a great sense of humor, I can’t recommend Captain Levin highly enough. He played a huge part in making this one of our favorite family vacations, and we’d happily sail with him again.

I really enjoyed that we got to see the remote parts of the island. The crew were very accommodating and the amenities we nice. I would really like to see the company reduce their plastic bottle usage and overall waste consumption. It would be nice to be able to make food preferences without it interfering with other people’s experience. If one person does not eat a certain food, it should not limit the whole boat from eating that food during the week. I also believe more snack options should be given from lunch to dinner time. These are not complaints. Just suggestions. We loved our experience so much!

We did a cabin charter aboard Dream Palma with skipper Yannis and first mate Stefania. The care Stefania put into meal preparations and ensuring all passengers had what they needed is unparalleled. Friendly and profi team. Quick check-in and check-out. Early check-in respected as discussed. The boat was well-maintained and clean. The pier guys were helpful when doking back.
The only small isue was the towels that were smelly.

Good price, great base and booking team and fantastic destination. The boat was very used, but all functioning and essentials were very good.

Great service. Briefing was full and complete. Debriefing was quick and smooth. The yatch itself was in good shape, seaworthy. Overall great experience with DYC.

It was an overall excellent experience from the charter booking with Jane to the very professional staff at base, boat condition, living on board supplies, cleanliness and a special recognition of Omi, the base manager and staff member Barbara who both went above and beyond what we have experienced before.

The Lefkas team got us out on the water quickly and provided excellent guidance and support. The highlights were Gaia, Parga, Corfu, Asos, Fiscardo and the afternoon winds, warm clear water and most importantly the people of Ionian Greece who made us feel welcome.

A big choice of bases and nice boats. Especially a good fleet of Bali Catamarans

Professional charter base, Top Service!

Great price great booking great boat and great base staff

The boat unfortunately was rather disappointing. Everyday I had to bleed air out of the lines in order for the air-conditioners to function. I was told it shouldn't need to be done again on the first day, I insisted they show me how to do it and I'm glad I did since I had to climb into the bilge daily to make the ac work. The stove wouldn't stay on without holding the gas button down. We were told that we didn't know what we were doing until the staff came.out and it didn't work for them either. Then the shower sump wasn't pumping and again we got told it was our fault and we didn't know how to take a shower. Until they came out and found a pump problem. The toilets smelled horrible and kept backing up, making sailing a problem due to the toilets overflowing while sailing. Again got told this was our fault until they came and found bad parts in the toilets. During the repairs the staff turned off the refrigerator causing all of our food to spoil and again said there was no way that happened until the staff member admitted that they turned off all the switches and remembered that he didn't turn them back on. We were not reimbursed for all of the spoiled food.

Needless to say it was a tough experience and there has been no resolution to this other than saying we need to file a claim.

Upon speaking with other chartered that finished their trip the same evening experienced many of the same problems. They were reimbursed right away and on site.

In summary major system problems, toilets malfunctioning, stove not working, air conditioner not working, shower sump not working,staff telling us that we didn't know what we were doing and didn't believe us until they saw it for themselves.

This is the experience was great and in most part I will contribute that to the captain Rafik and chef Guillaume. They were absolutely the best that we have encountered in our three trips with Dream Yacht Charters. They were super accommodating, fun and absolutely the most pleasant people. Our group felt blessed with they two.

Outstanding customer service, experience, and overall a wonderful holiday. The food was awesome, and so was the captian's travel itinerary. Rafik, the captain/skipper, went beyond expectations to ensure all 12 of us had the most wonderful holiday cruise. He was extremely accomadating to indivdual needs and requests. He kept a watchful eye out on the safety of everyone! Extremely professional in every aspect of his responsibilities! Guillaume, the chef, prepared EVERY meal with a personal touch and utmost professionalism that tasted delicious! Thanks to both men for the best holiday and experience! Jim and Kathy

Bareboat charter from Lefkada DYC base. Great customer service, from the office to the team on the dock, everybody was really helpful and jumped to answer all our questions and requests.
We did have some troubles with the outboard engine, it was really hard to cold start, however, when we contacted the base they put us right away in contact with a mechanic which came and cleaned up the carburetor, the spark plug and helped us there on site.
Amazing team, we would highly recommend.
