Wine always tastes good (white, rose or sparkling). The packaging is beautiful and the boxes/cans allow for moderated consumption!

Failed to deliver at all.

Put an order in on Friday, and have heard nothing about when this would be arriving. Since it is now Christmas Eve I expect that I have just been ripped off to the tune of £75.00.

Yay!! Happy Christmas. Never buy from these people.

Update - refund has been processed. Still no wine though. Though there seems to be an attempt to blame Yodel for this failure.

I am still receiving some what passive aggressive attempts to 'relate' to me. It's very disingenuous, especially when they are along the lines of 'we notice that you have not brought from us in the past year'. Well this is why.

The wine is always delicious, and top that with the customer service being so quick to respond and always very helpful. I will always come back to Laylo for any special occasion wine, or staycation wine!

Easy website and quick delivery. The designs on the boxes are lovely and not much package. Good priced wine. I sometimes find it hard to drink the box if I’m the only one drinking it.

Very drinkable and beautifully presented boxed wine

Really tasty wine, absolutely beautiful box and delivered quickly. It’s so great that the wine will last around 6 weeks in the box. Plenty of time to enjoy it.
