Have used this compnay before and they were usually OK. My order arrived yesterday around noon, when opened, the packaging was a disgrace, especially for a parcel of alcoholic drinks. Only part of the order has so far arrived, I am told the rest will arrive soon (soon?). Bottles and cans just thrown into a cardboard box, not sure what damage has been caused. I have sent the company photographs of how the shipment arrived and copies of the shipment note showing who packed it and then who checked it, obviously staff who have no idea about shipping fragile items. They have been slow to respond although I have just had a reply saying they are investigating. I will not be using this compnay again, it is obviously much safer to simply add any drinks orders to your online ahopping with Waitrose, Occado etc. Very poor service.

They sent damaged goods which was a £120 gift. They lied about the package being picked up for a return (I wasted 2 days waiting in the house for a courier which never turned up and a tracking reference that simply didn’t exist.) now they won’t reply to my emails, so I have no way of getting a refund. Can’t get through on customer services. And they just removed my previous review on here.
Save yourself the pain and just use Threshers instead.

The Jax coco water has gone off. Drink supermarket refused to take the items back or take any action to resolve the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Their gin price is lowest on the rankings because they offer ‘’free shipping’’ - except it is a lie. On checkout they add a shipping charge which makes it more expensive than the competition.

Product was as ordered and provided quickly and efficiently. Will use again.

My parcel arrived with battered bottle lids and damp packaging. Box very poorly packed with little protection for bottles and a bottle of wine missing. I’ve chased this three times now. Terrible customer service, they say they are contacting courier but that doesn’t help me get my missing item and I shouldn’t be left to keep chasing it. I’ve used company before and all has been okay but I’ve never had to contact them with a problem before and now finding them unhelpful. I’ve paid for my order and I expect them to resolve the problem as a matter of urgency.
I did eventually get a refund but will never use this company again after having to chase up a refund lots of times.

Feels like a bait and switch. I ordered some premium gin and I thought the bottles were 70cl bottles, given that the price was consistent with 70cl bottles from elsewhere, but they are 50cl. Given I bought three bottles, that’s essentially a whole extra bottle I’ve been deprived of for a gift for a friend. I certainly accept some responsibility for not checking, which is why this isn’t a 1*, but a total rip off!

Order a few bottles premium drinks to give away as gifts. One of the drinks arrived in a terrible state(missing the front label), so I arranged to returned it and asked for a refund for it. It took over a month and a numerous calls and emails to finally get a refund. I know there's always a risk, with online shopping, but I will not buy again from them, it's not worth the risk.

One of the worst online ordering experiences of my life.

I ordered a 2004 moet and Chandon magnum to be told that they were sending me a 2015 magnum instead.

The worst part is, they did t inform me of this, I contacted them to confirm the shipping address when I was then told it was the wrong bottle they were happily going to send.

The customer service agent is rude and simply kept hanging up the phone. After some arguing I got a refund and an offensive 5% off voucher for my next shop.

Avoid these people at all costs as they are still falsely advertising this bottle on their site with no intention of sending the correct one.

If the customer service agent was more friendly and helpful I would have not been so upset with this but due to his manor this has lead to the bottle now having to be sourced from another company (who I must add are much better and more friendly) and a report to trading standards.
