When the BAD QUALITY, FAKE hoodie FINALLY ARRIVED 3 weeks later than promised, I requested a returns label numerous times then tried contacting via every which way possible and still nothing now reporting to my bank!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Customer service is ridiculous I ordered 3 essentials hoodies from them over £300 worth, ordered 6th December was promised Christmas delivery and if not would receive a partial refund the items didn't come until 10th January he asked for my bank details to send me refund but never did, I got the items authenticated and they are fake, I messaged him about this and he has blocked me and to make matters worse the bank froze my account for fraudulent activity after I gave him my details. Absolutely disgusted.
My son ordered a Stussy hoodie, paid for with his own money, over £80. Took more than 3 weeks to arrive and it’s clearly a fake and extremely poor quality!
All items very high quality and well packaged. Customer service outstanding and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I ordered a Lacoste polo shirt and it was delayed for some weeks. I contacted Finn through Etsy and he was very helpful he offered a partial refund however after waiting about another week I decided to ask for a full refund and Finn arranged this for me without any fuss. The polo shirt did arrive however many days later. I contacted Finn again to say I was really pleased with the shirt so would keep it. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them. Thank you Finn for your help and kindness.

UPDATE - June 2024. What did arrive (over one month later) was completely FAKE. Do not buy from this shower. Other reviews all have the same things in common. QR codes are made up
