Bought a pair of trainers and they come with stains and marks on they said return them for a gift card for the value or offered a 15% code off a next pair I didn’t want this I said can you give me a partial refund instead and that wasn’t a option best ordering from a proper retailer so you can get a full refund to buy elsewhere
