Great customer service team
Great customer service team, very responsive and friendly. Rates are great - i am yet to pickup the car so cannot say how that is. My only concern is the high bond :-( it kind of forces you to take the daily reduction as 1500 pound is nearly $3000 aussie thats a lot to have just sitting around for the holiday waiting to get it back.

Always use this company staff so obliging and kind I was very upset reurning a car coming back from visiting my mum with dementia. They were just so so kind as A consequence I will always be loyal to them and recommend them irrelavant that that are really good price wise also.

We called them because we had a doubt about driving license policy and didn't expect the superb customer service we received, they helped us with everything, got us a better deal than what we had found online, I am sad I don't remember the name of who helped as he was great!
