Customer service has been excellent…
Customer service has been excellent from sales right through to delivery. However, there have been issues relating to delivery of the vehicle. This is being dealt with.

Fantastic experience from Francesca & team
This was our our first company electric car lease & after much research, reading reviews and asking around etc we made the decision to parter with Drive Electric.
I have to say the service and communication from Francesca & the team was exemplarily from start to finish. It's fair to say everyone went above & beyond to make the whole process smooth & clear.
We received delivery of our vehicle much sooner than we imagined. Everything was perfect & the lease price beat all competitors.

Customer focused great service
My first electric car and my first lease - DriveElectric made the whole experience easy! Great advice on the choice of car to fit my needs (VW E-Up, super car, so much fun!) and upfront about delivery timeframes. Plenty of regular updates from friendly, helpful staff who seem really committed to providing great service.

Volkswagen Eup
We have just received our new Eup as my wifes daily car and she loves it! Does absolutely everything we need, plenty of space, nippy and just an all round brilliant little car. The whole process has been easy and would 100 percent recommend this company and car to anyone.

Extremely bad customer service
DriveElectric uses a company called Lex Autolease - they were late in picking up the old car (whilst they dropped off the new car) and had rearranged the pick-up date several times.
They have charged £101.28 for the late collection charge and when I raised a complaint - they said they will not accept it and have now sent a debt collection to recoup these funds.
Lex Autolease/DriveElectric was recommended to me by Lloyds Bank (that is the only reason I went with them)
Despite being a customer of 6 years, as a result of this, I will be moving my business elsewhere and I would like to share my bad experience with potential future customers.

Excellent customer service
I had my first drive electric car in early September 2022, unfortunately I was involved in a large car crash in which the car was written off. Once the insurance was sorted which was very much the painful bit, drive electric were brilliant as was my experience in sorting a car out for me.

I have got delivery of my id4 at DriveElectric. When I arrived, everybody was welcoming me as a guest, which shows good teamwork of the company.
Specially Jordon helped me very much in handing over the car, explaining how to operate, charge the vehicle.

Had to chase a lot to get updates as to when the car was being delivered. Out of the country a lot so asked to get wife added to account to get updates and told no by one person then yes by somebody else! Also told company that we going to pick up the car and then get email saying it was going to be delivered. Need to sort out interaction with customer but generally ok
