My original order for car roof bars was placed on the 18th April.
It was received late -( on the 24th ) even after paying an additional’ next day’ delivery’ of £4.95 which they had the nerve to charge me on the 21st
They made false promises on their advertised delivery dates.
It has caused our family considerable inconvenience as we were unable to take much of the camping equipment we needed for our holiday as well as my grandsons bike.
They refunded the me the £4.95 but lied to me about the original delivery date promised ( I have the details in black and white however)
They claim to be a ‘leading UK company of customer fit car accessories’ but they have an appalling customer services and no contact phone number.

Scam artists. Ordered from them on eBay, item was an incorrect fit. Was not angry by this just wanted to return however they make it difficult and made me pay for the return when it’s their fault? Shocking company and from other reviews it seems I’m not alone with them doing this

Ordered item easily and delivery came quickly. Roof bars are very tricky to install with lots of fiddly parts. Would not buy again but Driveden as a company have been great

Yet to receive my order - Yodel must be the worst courier company out there.
I specified delivery should be to my neighbour who is always in as I would not be able to take delivery due to short notice period. Yodel attempted delivery and I confirmed via video doorbell to leave a my neighbours but they just took the parcel away. I then got notification they would deliver tomorrow so I managed to work from home and waited in and by 3pm parcel had not arrived so specified a new delivery for Monday. As at 2pm on Monday having begged another day working at home still not received my order.

This was quite a saga, trying to fit Modula lockable feet onto the roofbars on a Landrover Freelander 2. Fortunately Matt gave excellent service (and patience) in answering questions by email. It was really annoying that the Company don’t provide a telephone number, I presume this is so they don’t get customers calling all the time to ask questions.
My problem was solved by Matt, for which I am grateful.

For customers reading this it turns out that the problem is with the mouldings; there’s a bit of plastic you have to file off on each cover in order for the feet to fit properly, and for the locks to engage. Also, you have to press much, much harder than I was initially prepared to do on a rather expensive plastic moulding.

Look inside the feet, up by the point where they meet the bars and there’s an oblong shape moulded into the plastic. File down to that, push hard and it fits.

Made a mistake in choosing 2 items that weren’t compatible with each other. Matt spotted this straight away and emailed various options. First class customer service. 👌

Driveden themselves no problems. The rubber boot mat is just what I wanted. It’s a nice thick rubber and fits to the exact size of my golf mk7 estate. I bought the official golf floor mats and the rubber is thin so I was disappointed with VW considering the price. I would defo recommend. DHL the couriers were awful however.

Received the roof bars within a couple of days. Easy to put together and fit. All in working order, very happy and at a good price.

Well priced nice roof bars, nice website, unfortuantely the courier lost the first package, however I emailed Matt and within an hour he had confirmed it was lost. Fear not a new set were dispatched straight away and the carriage was credited. These things happen and it was dealt with really smoothly.

Boot liner is excellent value and looks to be of a hard wearing material and fitted the boot like a glove. I am happy with my DriveDen experience.

I had just purchased a Skoda Octavia estate and was looking for a quality rubber car mat set. I had come across this company selling exactly what i was was looking for. The mats are very good quality, feel robust and with a raised edge so water won't run onto you cars carpet. The price was excellent and free delivery.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

When dealing with a company for the first time you have no idea what type of service you will receive. I cannot sing my praises of DriveDen high enough. I purchased a dog guard but unfortunately it didn't fit the vehicle, DriveDen went to great lengths to find a guard which would fit, thank you for all your help.
