THE WHORST!!!

THE WHORST!!!
I booked through billiger-mietwagen.de and went all the way to the airport and got told there that the caution is a different one (and much higher) than the one that was assigned on my voucher/booking. So calling all the companies involved, I got stuck with DriveFTI with a waiting time of about 15minutes hanging only in the phone line they just told me they where in in the process with the car-rental-company and I’d have to be patient. After 1 1/2 hrs of nothing I called again and got the same answer. For the companies to solve the problem I waited at the airport for over 5hrs after which I got annoyed and called DriveFTI again. The woman Wendy got annoyed by me ‘not appreciating her hassle’ (she send a mail to the car-rental-company) and hung up upon me. So I left the airport after 5 1/2 hrs without no answers and much poorer hence DriveFTI took my money but didn’t stick to their part of the deal.
I very much hope the money will be back earlier than proclaimed here by all the other pranked customers..
