Will grab money without any gratitude

I would like to complain about this company "Centurion Technology Group". Drivengps.com is their web store; they also sell under EBay account "northwest-outdoor".
I bought a multitool from them some time ago. Transaction went fine and I promised them that I'll write about their company in my Blog. And I did it. Later I wrote them about my article. By that time more than 100 customers went to shop in their store through our link. Later I wrote them about it as needed some explanation about shipping. I got a short answer to my question and that's it! They haven't even bothered to say "thank you" for all those customers I gave them!! That's outrageous! That was a favor, yes. I wasn't asking anything. But it's a polite thing to thank for a favor, right? Even 4-year old kids know to say "thank you" when someone gives them a candy. Especially when it's a big box of green candies.
Beware! Those people understand only to grab money from you without any gratitude!
