The solution they provide to replace my hard drive worked out great. I had one small issue with the software provided by western digital that I was able to work out, but the hardware provided by Drive Solutions was great!

Great people, easy to talk to and purchase from.
I had no problem contacting the folks at Drive Solutions with some hard drive application questions. The tech people there are extremely knowledgeable. Prices are very fair as well. Another nice thing, they didn’t push to upsell me, they simply explained my choices. They sold me exactly what I wanted. That made me more prone to make a purchase from them, which I did.
Being a business owner of well over 30 years, I can say, especially these days, it’s hard to find companies like this…… I will definitely use them again!

Excellent experience
Great website showing the compatible drives for my specific laptop, was very reassuring. I ordered a conventional drive when I should have ordered an SSD, though, but DriveSolutions was very helpful and accommodating with the return. The SSD arrived, I installed it with no problems, and it is working great now.
