The process was super easy and the customer service was excellent
NEVER AGAIN! The communication is horrible; you talk to someone different every time and the process is VERY bumpy. They sold me a car with BAD BRAKES. When I say bad, you can barely drive the car. I called and emailed and texted and sent pictures and TWO estimates from licensed mechanics and they refused to repair them, and it was within the 7-day window of purchasing the car. NOW I have to spend my time filing complaints with various consumer agencies and speaking with an attorney to get my $1,000 brakes repaired.
Thad was just Awesome! The online buying experience was so easy and just a smooth professional buying experience.

Had an absolutely amazing buying experience with Jaz. I visited the dealership where the vehicle was located to make a purchase. They stopped trying after two denials and told me it wasn’t going to happen.
Frustrated, we decided to see if we would get a different answer through Driveway. I’m pleased to say, Jaz worked tirelessly to find a way to get an approval. She also helped coordinate with the local dealership so we could save the shipping and pick it up in person sooner.
In the future I will reach out to my sales rep the next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle!

My advisor, Shannon was super nice, very knowledgeable and quite helpful in the whole process. Everything was explained thoroughly even when there was a snag or two she was able to help me with it. She reached out often just to make sure I didn’t have any questions or problems. She made the whole experience wonderful. Now I will start dealing with somebody new on Monday to complete the process. I hope that person is just as great as Shannon was.

I am very happy with my new car we bought through Driveway. The price was unbeatable and the customer service was great! I worked with multiple people but they all have their own responsibilities. I would especially mention Jake who is the best of the team! He would reply fast and to the point. He will also give you answer to any question you may have and find a solution to any possible problem. The car we bought was Aryia which is an EV and it is a great car. It was in excellent condition and we couldn't be happier with it. Thank you driveway, you really made the process of buying a car so smooth and stressless! I am never going back to the dealerships 😀

Tried selling my car to them and it was an absolute headache. After I accepted the offer they just stopped responding to me despite telling me a rep would call me to continue the process. Anyways I ended up selling through a larger competitor of theirs that has a way easier process
