All the staff are welcoming, friendly and yet really professional. I was made an excellent cup of coffee whilst waiting for my appointment!

I had a very good experience going to The clinic. Highly recommend.

A great massage,I had a voucher for a back massage and an Indian head massage but told on booking that the therapist didn’t do Indian head so I paid a supplement for a full body ,no issues with the therapist bit would have liked a head massage.

Lovely and accomodating staff. I was treated by Amanda the injecting nurse, she was really knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. I’m really happy with the end result, will definitely be going back.

The clinic offers a calm and suppportive atmosphere and a brilliant range of treatments and products. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a deep cleanse facial with Ella. She was amazing! I was totally relaxed during the entire experience and left feeling so bright and gorgeous! Highly recommend her!

My first treatment was for BTX which worked very well. I also had 2 Blue Peel treatments, the 1st one was a mild improvement but didn’t last. The 2nd treatment had no effect whatsoever, these treatments are very expensive for little or no results. I mentioned this to the clinic but had no feedback. A different therapist performed the 2nd Peel treatment and solely focused on selling me products that I did not want but kept insisting, I felt uncomfortable and almost wanted to leave. Then she went on asking me if I was happy with my life! I was there for a Blue Peel not to see a shrink. On my way out, I caught the therapist pulling a face behind my back, this was witnessed by one of the receptionists. I decided to let it go as one therapist doesn’t necessarily represent the business as a whole.
After this I had Plexr treatment which includes 3 treatments costing over a £1000 to reduce excess skin under my eyes, I had one treatment only and unfortunately left me with a gash/line from the inner corner of my eyes down to the bottom of my cheeks with bulges which weren’t as prominent prior to treatment, ending up looking like I haven’t slept in 15 years!
Quite disappointing considering the price tag for this treatment. Too afraid to contemplate 2 more treatments which were included in the price, I expressed my concerns. They offered me instead other expensive treatments to rectify this for which I would have had to pay for! No other options/solutions was proposed. I left feeling totally let down considering the amount of money I spent for other treatments throughout 2018.
Overall Dr Mayoni’s clinic offers a good service according to the feedback, however my personal experience has not been good, £1080 out of pocket and looking fabulously exhausted! I now need to see what can be done to correct this elsewhere as I have lost complete trust in them. I wish them well but I will not be going back.
ps: funny though only the positive reviews are shown on their website.

Thank you for your reply it is much appreciated. I am well aware that plexr isn't a surgical treatment, and was not expecting as such. My expectations was to achieve a simple improvement and aware that it would not completely eradicate the issue. I know that the treatment can only do so much and was happy with that. As mentioned above, I am left with a pronounced tired look which i did not expect to happen and very unlikely to improve by itself with time, it is obvious. I hope that you can appreciate my disappointment. I am very conscious & uncomfortable each time I leave the house now. If I would have been told that the treatment cannot be performed "safely" the first time as you mentioned below, and could eventually affect the other areas of the eyes, I certainly would not have taken that risk. I dont know what went wrong. I understand that there is always a risk, however to be told that what happened is normal and that I was like this before anyway, basically minimising the problem, this is were I certainly do not agree. It would have been far more re-assuring during my visit to look at the affected areas properly and discuss how can it be improved with the remaining Plexr treatments so to make a measured decision as you suggest in your reply, but this was not the case.

Dr Mayoni has a kind, calm, caring and professional manner that instantly puts you at ease and results are always exceptional. Her knowledge and customer care is in a league of its own and I would highly recommend The Clinic to anyone that wants a luxury experience with fabulous results. They really do understand how to make you feel and look your very best.
