The joy of having my life put back on track by a very knowledgeable professional lady, who treated me with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Dr Morton, I felt I was in good hands, not alone, and no question felt stupid to ask.
She took her time to explain my blood results ,and put it all in writing so I could read it again when I needed to.
There was no pressure to make more appointments, but the reassurance I could contact her if I needed to.
I felt her fees were very fair in comparison to other private health care professionals.
It is fair to say when my hormones are on the right track ,so is my life.

I have had a number of appointments with Dr Morton, spaced over several years of trying to find an HRT regime that works for me as I’ve travelled through perimenopause.

Initially she corrected a regimen prescribed by my GP who’s wider understanding of HRT was inherently wrong, and was doubtless due to inadequate training.

Once settled and my body responding well I returned to Dr Morton for blood tests and further advice and a change of dosage, and more recently a third change of regimen and dosage.

Had I not had the opportunity to meet Dr Morton I might by this stage have undergone a medically unnecessary hysterectomy as a last resort NHS solution to ‘sorting out’ my perimenopausal symptoms.

HRT is not a one size fits all treatment, and needs to be monitored and adjusted when necessary as every woman’s journey through perimenopause is unique. Dr Morton is patient, empathetic and supportive and her expert guidance has been invaluable to me. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I only wish that this expertise was freely available through the NHS to every single woman on her menopause journey and how much less would it cost the NHS than unnecessary investigations and procedures?

Amazing, dr Morgan was very helpful and explained everything in great detail so I could understand what was happening with my condition!

Dr Morton's were there when I was absolutely desperate. Unable to take HRT and really needing something for menopause symptoms, they were kind and empathetic. My NHS care was faultless but Dr Morton's offered guidance and compassion, (making me feel that I am not alone) and the game changing medication that put my life back on track. It's not an exaggeration to say they pulled me back from the edge.

I had an appointment with Dr Karen Morton & Dr Balvinder Sagoo on separate occasions and I can’t fault the service one little bit. I left both calls feeling listened to, advised and cared for (even over a phone!)

This service is a great option for anyone in need. It’s quick, affordable and you get to speak to real people who can actually help.

I have been a client to Dr Morton for many years and she is one of my favorite doctors. So knowledgeable, very helpful and never rushed. With this helpline you have great advice and help at your fingertips. The response is so quick and useful. As I travel a lot to be able to get hold of Dr Morton or any other Doctor from wherever I am in the world is such a great service. The monthly fee is very reasonable for the service you get. I can only give the best recommendation for joining this helpline.

Dr Morton’s were recommended through my medical insurance for HRT symptoms. I’ve found this to be a friendly and efficient service. They have listened and helped me to come to a solution that’s working to reduce those symptoms.

At a time where it’s difficult to get NHS appointments, this is a great service to get advice, prescriptions if needed and to find a resolution to those issues quickly. I don’t feel rushed either and had plenty of time on my appointments to fully discuss my needs. Would definitely recommend.

I approached Dr Morton’s for assistance after 3 miscarriages, The ease of booking an appointment and the cost was half the price of other private company’s I had approached. I had a great appointment and the Dr listened to my concerns and worry’s without dismissing me like I have been with the NHS. Dr Morton was referred by my private health insurance and we had a very good experience. She facilitated needed tests at a well-run clinic, followed-up to get results, explained the test results in a way that was understandable, and referred my partner and I for further treatment. We recommend!

Following a recommendation and referral from my GP, I had a telephone consultation with Dr Karen Morton this evening. What a wonderful, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable lady. As someone who suffers from severe health anxiety and who struggles with trust with medical professionals, being able to talk to Dr Morton was life changing! Following a cancer diagnosis in February, I have had a lot to process and have had some difficult questions to deal with. Dr Morton was so easy to talk to and was so helpful, I now know what to do. I would give 10 stars if I could!

If I could give less than one star I would. Dr Karen Morton ruined my life in 2017 and she has continued on her warpath to ruin more young women’s lives in and around Surrey by performing quick, incorrect and lazy laparoscopic surgeries (books multiple in a day to make more money) with evidently the wrong glasses on, or should I say HRT patch. She told me after a 20 minute laparoscopic surgery that I didn’t have endometriosis and to go and have ‘fat chubby babies’ I am now 8 years on, had 4 further laparoscopic surgeries to remove widespread endometriosis that she missed (photographs by her prove it was there) and am left unable to have children naturally. She is a narcissistic, older generation woman who has a god complex and should not be allowed to continue ‘treating’ patients. Unfortunately there is a now a large group of us in Surrey that have been neglected and left with irreversible damage. Just because your GP who is being invited to a free lunch every quarter recommends her, take it from an actual patient (victim) RUN! Go to an endometriosis specialist recommended by the CEMIG.
