I ordered and paid (via IDeal, which later appeared to be a payment to a Paypal account) but didn't get a confirmation of my order per email. This wondered me and made me think whether the website is for real or not. I checked the website again and couldn't get into my customer account anymore and thus didn't have the option of following the status of my order.
Looking on their website for a customer service contact there appeared to be none. I'm afraid this is a scam and I might have lost some € 85. But the predicted date of delivery by DHL hasn't passed yet, though I have no sign of any shipment.

UPDATE:
My order of Jan. 29, 2025 was, finally, confirmed by the evening of Jan 31, 2025. Almost 48 hours after ordering. At that same time I did also receive a new login code for my customer account + a notification that my order wasn't expected to be shipped within 14 days, instead of the 2 days promised on the website. The status of my order became ín process'.

UPDATE 2:
On Feb 10, 2025, hence 12 days after ordering a received a notification that my order was ready to be soon shipped by DHL.

P.S. many Trustpilot-reviews on their German website indicate that they do not confirm their orders by email, cannot be reached easily, if at all, do not ship in time and have several disputes via PayPal.

I ordered something from them 5 days ago, when I did they say they'd already be here. It has not even been dispatched yet. They charged me immediately, of course.

I am trying to contact them but is impossible: the form in their "orders" section gives an error when sending the message, their "contact" form does the same, the e-mail addresses I've been able to find get no reply, the links to their social network accounts are broken too, many of the links to important stuff like privacy or general terms just are broken too.

At best, this is the most amateur website I've ever ordered something from, but to be honest, it feels like a scam.

Avoid like the plague.
