BAD service!
I left my drone at droneland for repair and went through all possible scenarios in terms of research costs. I was told that I would only have to pay research costs if I did not approve the invoice and the drone was not repaired by them. Logically. However, in the end I did not receive an invoice, but I did receive a payment request for the research costs. Despite DroneLand admitting their mistake, they left me with two choices: 1) Receive a repaired drone AND pay the research costs or 2) Receive my unrepaired drone AND YES pay the research costs. For this reason I will NOT go to DroneLand in the future and I will NOT recommend DroneLand.
