try to communicate with them via email and contact form as the matras under warranty, for 2 weeks no response and no active Very bad customer service and after sale service
This is our second time ordering from this company. We had their fisrt mattress for over 3 years and have been very comfortable sleeping on it since so decided to get one for our child. Delivery was very efficient, arrived on the next day as promised and the mattress was rolled-up so was easy to bring upstairs .

On the website they sold me a mattress that according to their website was in stock. delivery the next day they said but it never arrived, after two days I sent an email and called and they did not answer on the third day I spoke with them on the phone and they tell me that it is not in stock and I have to wait a month, I ask them for a different one and they want to charge me. It takes 5 days to return the money that had already been charged to me. A disaster

The last question you asked us was about discount and we offered you a nice compensation for your inconvenience. You deciced not to use this offer and so your order has now been cancelled and refunded. It can take up to five working days for this refund to show up on your account again. I'm sorry for the inconvonience. Of course, the discount offer still stands if you would like to order another mattress. ^Juliske
Yes their customer service is as amazing as everyone says it is.
I ordered too late to get next day delivery but I needed it urgently so I emailed and they immediately arranged for it to be sent with that morning's shipment.
Oh and the mattress is comfy as hell. Feels like sleeping on a cloud.
