No worries! I can confirm that your membership has been successfully cancelled as we discussed in our previous conversation. No further charges will be made to your account effective immediately.
For your reference, I’ve attached a screenshot showing proof of the cancellation so you have confirmation on record. The “Basic Plan” status you see now simply reflects that your account no longer has an active paid subscription.
Worth note I have not used your company in the 14 days or logged in and your email clearly promises no charges so yes I would like a refund please of the payment taken today.
And your email makes it out I have a subscription when I don't as confirmed by you on 15th March and by the promise no funds would be taken and you would have been able to see if I had made an error.
On 27th March I had a direct debit for $114 USD $165.24 AUD

Thank you for your patience 💜 Just an update on your refund request here.
Please know that we do understand the circumstances and your concern however, the trial period on your account registered under, (our email) ended on March 22, 2026, 8:04 a.m. Unfortunately, the subscription remained active after the trial end date. This was due to the absence of any prior cancellation attempts from your account, where the plan has remained active, thus permitting the renewal before it could be terminated.
According to Dropshiptool's refund policy, any lapsed trials or newly initiated subscription cycles will continue to generate fees unless cancelled by the merchant.
With our no-refund policy, Dropshiptool reserves the right to uphold this policy concerning subscriptions hence we are unable to provide refunds for any unused subscription payments.
We are aware that this is not a desirable outcome, however, as much as I would love to, we regretfully must decline your request for a refund at this time.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled renewal date. Such cancellation must be effected through your account settings. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation notification will be issued for your records.
You bear sole responsibility for the timely cancellation of your subscription. Failure to cancel within the stipulated timeframe as specified in your selected plan shall not entitle you to a refund.
I cancelled 15/03 they say 22/03 despite the fact I have emails showing this was done on 15/03 and no logins after this date
