Issue resolved very quickly
I had an issue with the spray on the bottle, as it wasn’t suitable for the thickness of the product. I contacted Dr Paw Paw’s Customer Service and Millie replied the next working day to advise a new, improved spray was available, which was sent out. I was really impressed that this was resolved quickly by Millie in the matter of days. Thank you!!

Skincare
I’m very fussy with my skincare but the Dr PawPaw skincare products have revolutionised my daily routine. When I went to order everything I was disappointed to find most products were out of stock. After emailing to find out whether any new products will be replacing them Lillie responded saying she a skjncare bundle as a gesture of goodwill which was appreciated. Thanks Lillie for your help and assistance.

Lillie was amazing
Lillie was amazing. I was having some problems with two of my lip products and mentioned to her there was a third one, the shea butter that I wanted to try and not only did she send the replacements but also sent me the shea butter one to try. So wonderful. Love the products. Love the customer service even more.

Hands down the best hair/skin care…
Hands down the best hair/skin care products I've ever tried. I discovered them randomly by buying a lip scrub and balm and just loved it. So I ordered more lip care products, skin care creams and gel, and a hair care spray. I cannot live without any of them now. I've always had dry lips and nothing has ever worked and now they're always super soft! I've never really a lot of foundation, but now my skin is so clear I don't need any! I'm just obsessed by how soft my hair is. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Their lip balm/cheek tint is very drying on the lips. On the cheeks is okay but for £4.50 I’d expect it to be better feeling on the lips.

Pale skin, need spf 50 don't buy this
I have a very pale complexion, I'm Scottish with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. I need to wear spf 30-50 all year. Trying to find the best eco, healthy & reef safe spf 50 to protect me in the UK sun (and abroad). I put this on 30mins before sun,it was the UK but I burnt. Don't buy this if you need spf 50 & have fair/sensitive skin. You'll come home burnt. :(

Amazing customer service
This company has brilliant customer service, the best I've ever had and the product is excellent. I just purchased the wrong colour for me and was immediately sent a great replacement by Jessica. Jessica at Dr PawPaw was extremely helpful. Emailing back promptly when there was a problem and sending out a new one when I sent the batch code.The lip balm was a gift so I didn't want to complain to my friend when I couldn't get it to come out and eventually the tube split at the bottom from the pressure. I now realise that the tube works better if it is kept warm in a pocket. January in our kitchen is too cold! Loving the replacement and it is doing its healing job.

Promptly resolved my issue without fuss
I contacted the Dr Paw Paw Customer Service team to let them know about a quality issue with a lip balm I had purchased in Tesco, not expecting anything in return however, the advisor Jessica couldn't have been more helpful and offered to replace the product free of charge. It's often not the fact that something went wrong, it's the way a company deals with it once an issue has been flagged by the customer, good work!
