My overall experience was great. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The facilities are second to none and my hotel was lovely (5 stars!) The procedure went well, I’m very happy with my results. It’s almost sad to have to go because I felt like a VIP for the past 2/3 days with everyone around me looking out for my every need. I can definitely recommend! And Berk is an absolute legend! He provided a guiding hand throughout the whole process and is always just a whatsapp away. Special thanks to you Berk! Thank you Dr Serkan & Team!

I recently had my hair transplant at the Dr. Serkan Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic and cannot praise my team enough. I was cared for by an incredible team of 5 young women who did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their professionalism and precision were impressive, but what really stood out was their amazing energy. They made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire procedure.
A special thanks to the brilliant lead manager Ms.Belgin, for her flawless coordination and expertise. I also want to deeply thank Emre, who walked me through the entire process with such warmth and genuine care. From the seamless coordination of the drivers to the welcoming receptionists, every person involved was outstanding.
Last but certainly not least, many thanks to Dr. Serkan Aygin for making this entire experience possible. I am so happy with the care I received and absolutely thrilled with the results.

Overall, my experience was positive and professional, but with a few disappointments.

Communication was excellent throughout — clear, responsive, helpful, and well organised. All planning around hotels, airport transfers, scheduling, and logistics was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication before, during, and after the procedure was consistently strong, conveying a reassuring sense of professionalism and care.

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and professional, and the team were friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout the process. The end result also appears very professional and high quality. I initially had concerns about a more “high-volume factory”- style approach given the scale of the clinic, but those concerns were largely alleviated once I experienced the process firsthand. The team clearly performs these procedures regularly, and that experience shows in the quality of the work.

My main disappointments were:

* Although a translator was provided, I was disappointed with the process around the final hairline design. Everything felt quite rushed once I entered the clinic room, and I had only 5 minutes with the doctor before the procedure started. In hindsight, I would have appreciated more time to discuss and refine the lines, particularly around the crown area, to ensure they fully matched my expectations.

* I was left waiting at the clinic from around 10am until approximately 3pm before the procedure began. The organisation and scheduling of the day itself felt quite poor, with very little communication during the long wait.

* Whilst optional add-on products and services were clearly explained with pricing, I was disappointed that some mandatory aftercare items (such as shampoos, serums, and vitamins) were not disclosed as additional costs upfront.

I had an amazing experience in the center and the crew was very helpful and professional.

Everything went smooth, and I got a longhair dhi and it is almost invisible after only 1 week.

The team was very nice and easy to deal with. Everything was clean, and arranged with each member of the team have a role. This is my second time here doing the procedure and I think the results speak for itself. I would recommend it to anyone doing a hair transplant in turkey.

I had a really great experience with the clinic from start to finish. The whole team was very professional, organized, and attentive throughout the entire process. You can really tell they pay attention to every detail and truly care about making patients feel comfortable and well taken care of.

A very big thank you to the doctors who performed my hair transplantation — they were incredibly patient during the procedure.

The clinic also provided a very detailed aftercare guide with clear instructions, examples, and all the do’s and don’ts after the procedure, which was super helpful especially for first-timers. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly by the staffs as well.

Special thanks as well to Berk for helping me with everything during my time there. From answering questions, arranging transportation, coordinating schedules, and making sure everything went smoothly, he was always responsive, kind, and very helpful. The whole process felt very well organized and taken care of, which honestly made the entire experience much more enjoyable and stress-free.
