Everything is ok!

I ordered few months ago with drukland and was very happy but it seems that the quality has lowered a lot and all the deadlines are not beeing met:
Order 25691: changed the delivery address but was not taken into consideration. Now the parcel is with DHL somewhere in Belgium . It was not possible to change the delivery address as I called immediately Drukland to notify the error...
Order 25814: delivery expected by 14/03/13, still waiting, got a message from Drukland that they printed the "color cases" on all the pages of lmy document.
I had sales meeting planned with my business cards and brochures ordered to Drukland BUT I HAD TO CANCEL all my meetings because I had no adequate support!

I want to be reiumbuse for my +/- 500 EUR that you took directely on my credit card, I just need my business cards that's all. I don't need anymore your brochures

We are a small organization that uses Drukland for our communicatio materials, flyers, posters and business cards. The ease of use is the main driver next to the value for money. In a few steps our order is placed and the standard feature which allows you to validate the creative works perfect for us.
They offer also online support for a small fee which is too expensive for us due to the low amounts we order.
We are happy to use Drukland and will keep on doing

The printing work is excellent, I just had one delivery that was delayed. But I do not have any bad words for drukland.be

Hi, I can recommand you the services of Drukland.be , there are nice people on the telephone to give you feedback on the files you want to print.
They have rather sharp prices for a lot of articles. And some very sharp prices on some articles ...I'd like to see some more... :)
I was pleased with the whole procedure , from the order till the delivery.

They really helped me to get my first roll-up banner together, and I will shurely order more to complete my stand

We ordered some banners and posters and one of them had the wrong format. Aftersales service was very friendly, they offered us a good solution.
When we ordered another banner, there was no one to receive the package and we were called immediately to make a new appointment.

It's a nice system to order some printings by internet. If I have a question, I can call and ask how we can solve any problem.

No issues whatsoever. Very smooth. Delivery even sooner than promised. TopShop!

Great quality.

Deliverys are a day later than promised

Good service and always on time. I had once a problem and everything where solved by the chief. Somethings are verry cheap other things are more expansif. I hope they can bring everything cheap and good than it will be perfect.

We ordered a range of items here, pens with custom printing; recto-verso printed thank you cards, business cards, etc. Very nice results, for a good price!

Everything went well, but we had a problem with receiving the package through DHL. When absent, DHL does not try to deliver at the neighbour. We needed to fetch the packages our selves from a DHL depot 40 km away.

Very good service and advices from this company. Prices are good, service quick and easy to use
