do not buy from this company

do not buy from this company! i should have checked reviews first... they short delivered my order and admit in email that they did not send the items i ordered and paid for but they will not refund me and have kept my money almost 200euro, i have to go through my bank to try and get my money back. this company is a fraud, you may get lucky and they send you what you paid for or you may not and it seems i am not the only one. i would avoid this company there are better spanish beauty sites like beautyjulia, arenal, primor, marvimundo... avoid DRUNI at all costs!

EMPTY PERFUME BOTTLE

I bought a bottle of Loewe perfume in store. I opened the box and realized the perfume bottle is empty. There was no perfume in the bottle whatsoever. Ridiculous.

Called the store in Barcelona, the staff could not speak any English and hung up the phone.

Is this a scam or counterfeit?

I placed an order on the druni.es…

I placed an order on the druni.es website with the delivery option to home. I left clear address with all the information included. On the day of delivery I found out that my order was delivered, but in some strange place not related with my home address. The support suggested to check the place where order was delivered (which was not possible, because they provided my only the word “farmacia” as an address) anyway, I checked all the places(farmacias) in the area, but found nothing.
I paid for delivery to my address, in order not to go around like a quest and trying to find my order in nearby stores..

P.s. delivery service literally sucks in Spain, Idk what is wrong with people here, but this is not the first time the delivery man put the package to whatever place he wants.. and mark it in it’s system that the order is delivered..

Appalling Customer Service

Something that shouldn’t be this hard!
Unfortunately a very bad customer service experience which is still continuing and 5 weeks in, it’s not sorted out. Seems like there 1 star reviews are raking up…..
We ordered a gift set, sounds simple. It arrived, however we opened the box and gift bag to find that one item was broken. It’s was a small glass container. So in the gift bag was broken glass and spilt liquid. This must of happened prior to packaging as the box it was in, had no damage. We got in contact with Druni. They asked for photos. Which was sent over 3 weeks ago. We did not hear back so we emailed again. They then got back to us saying to go to our nearest store with the damaged items. Taking into consideration This was now 3 weeks after we received it. We have thrown the broken glass away, as you would. We are not going to store broken glass. And this was already 3 weeks into first contact. We emailed them back saying this and here we are, 5 weeks in , 7 emails chasing them and no reply’s. I think this is appalling, something this simple taking this long. Perhaps this is how they operate, just don’t reply, hoping the customer will give up?
All that needs to happen is that they contact us back with a resolution, surely that’s not to much to ask!

The worst customer service

The worst service, support and delivery I have ever experienced (I'm talking about an online store). Today is the 21st day since I placed an order on the druni website for an amount of 236 euros and I still have not received the order. It's great (terrible) to place an urgent order at home, which should be delivered in 1-3 days, and in 21 days you still don't receive the order and see the status *delivered*. It's great (terrible) when you wrote to support about such a problem 10 days ago and support ignores you.
I have never had such a terrible experience ordering from any online store.

Never again

Made an online order on the 1st of October. On the 2nd of October they sent me an email that one of the products is not available (it was the MAIN reason why I made the order in the first place) and that I’ll receive a refund within 4 days. Fine. Then I received the other two items and both were different to the ones visible in the photos online?!?! One of the products I ordered had 2 options - either for thin/medium hair or medium/thick hair and they sent me a product which was ‘general’, basically, a completely different product. The other product was supposed to be ‘general’ without a hair thickness label, however, it arrived for medium/thick hair, which is not what I ordered and is NOT my hair type… So another great surprise. On the 7th of October I went to the store to return the product that was completely wrong for my hair and they told me that I need to REQUEST a return online first. Sure, it’s my fault, I should’ve read the t&c’s but it still shocked me that it’s still a thing. The sales assistant helped me to fill the form, but I didn’t receive a confirmation - only on 10th of October I received the returns confirmation - so 3 days to “confirm” my return. On the 16th of October someone came to my home address to pick up the product - which was something I never chose, I wanted to return it at the store, like I tried already on the 7th of October. He just took the product, didn’t give any form of receipt/tracking and left. Ok. On the 18th of October I received a refund confirmation - but no amount. Today, on the 20th of October I received the refund but 3,95 euros were missing?! Once again, I read their t&c’s which stated that for home return, they charge a fee of 3,95 euros… Again, something I never requested? And I got charged for it.
So to sum up - they sell products they don’t have, they deliver wrong products (even the gift with purchase was something completely different and, unlike the original gift, useless for my hair type), and the returns process is a hassle. I should’ve returned absolutely everything and I will never ever shop or recommend this website to anyone - a horrible 20 day experience

Druni used to be the 'name' on the high…

Druni used to be the 'name' on the high street .. It is really trying to get you to pay online and collect from the store .. The option you see for a home delivery will never happen as TIPSA and CELERITAS ( delivery agents) will not. You are left with a helpdesk that just feeds you words and the refund process will require a claim be made & escalated , as they do not like giving the money back ( even though the items are confirmed as back in their distribution ) ..

Either go to the Store or Elsewhere

Druni must change their courier…

Druni must change their courier eventough they have a good and easy navigate website, courier tipsa telling my address is incorrect without trying to deliver in my property, i know some courier in Spain are worst they like to collect to them to save money and time for them but companies paid for them and customers paid for the delivery. So my order in Druni took almost a month before they refunded, its ridiculous to Druni they know already that their Tipsa doing not good still using them, thats why instead they have lots of online customers to those who are busy persons like me, I transfered to more reliable online shops. Before you order in Druni makes sure ask them first what courier they will use or else you will get headache and grey hairs for waiting your order.

Terrible service, never again

I see that Druni never responds to reviews here, apparently, they don’t really care about customers. So my review is more likely for other customers, perhaps it will be useful to someone. Terrible service. Not a single (!) of my orders was ever delivered on time, and it doesn’t matter if I order home delivery or pick up from the store. The last time (order number 1107182443) I had to go drive to another city (!) to the office of the transport company, because the courier could not bring the order. I wrote requests for help both to the transport company (the last time it was Tipsa) and to Druni, but I never received a response. As a matter of principle, I will never buy or order in Druni again. There are other shops on the market and the prices are the same.
