HIGHLY recommend DSA Law

I honestly cannot recommend DSA Law highly enough.

As a small, family-run business, we found ourselves in a situation we had absolutely no experience with and, to be blunt, it was a full-blown crisis. I rang Mitchell completely overwhelmed and not even understanding what was happening or what our options were. From that very first call, he was calm, reassuring, and immediately took control of the situation.

Mitchell and James have both been nothing short of incredible. They went above and beyond at every step — not just doing the legal work, but actually guiding me through the process in a way I could understand. They had the patience to deal with constant questions, stress, and pressure, and never once made me feel like I was a burden.

Even though we were already in a difficult position — past the 21-day statutory demand period — they stepped in, assessed everything quickly, and worked strategically to get us through it. What could have ended in insolvency for our business instead turned into a manageable outcome, and that is entirely because of their expertise and persistence.

What also stands out is how reasonable their fees are for the level of work, responsiveness, and care they provide. You’re not just another file to them — they genuinely care about the outcome for you and your business.

If you’re a small business owner and find yourself in trouble, these are the people you want in your corner. I’m beyond grateful for everything Mitchell and James did for us even being in two different states. Hopefully I will never need their services again though :-)

Thanks again guys

There are better law firms

I previously used DSA Law for a conveyancing matter and they were fine. I recently had a new matter and after an initial acknowledgment nothing happened. The engagement letter didn't arrive as promised. Nothing .. just dead silence. I followed up after one month to discover the junior lawyer had left the firm without any arrangements in place. After cancelling my instructions, I then received a curt email from one of the lawyers blaming me for not informing him that no-one had responded to me! Things have gone downhill markedly since several senior lawyers left the firm.
