Massive thank you to my driving instructor, Muhammad Awais Usman. From the first lesson, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. They explain things very clearly, break down manoeuvres step-by-step, and give constructive feedback in a way that never feels stressful.
They helped me improve my confidence with roundabouts, meeting traffic and test routes, and made sure every lesson had a clear goal. Always punctual, flexible with bookings, and genuinely focused on helping me become a safe driver — not just pass the test. Warning ⚠️ – Avoid if possible! A waste of time and money.

I booked 22 hours of driving lessons with DSS Driving School, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Here are the key issues I faced:

Frequent instructor changes with little to no explanation.

Instructors not showing up for booked lessons (CCTV evidence available).

Last-minute cancellations—sometimes just 1-2 hours before the lesson.

Instructors arriving up to an hour late to scheduled lessons (also backed by CCTV).

Severe miscommunication and lack of organization within the company.

Missed my DVSA practical driving exam (March 3, 2025) due to instructor negligence.

The owner promised to rebook my test within two weeks but then disappeared.

Refusal to cooperate or refund for 3 hours lessons.

This company seems more focused on taking money than providing reliable driving instruction. I strongly advise against booking with them.
