Total Disappointment and Mismanagement
I regretfully must warn others after an utterly disappointing experience with this video creation service for e-commerce. I paid $6,000 per month for a promise of 12 personalized videos. After the initial payment, I was added to a Slack group and asked to choose creators who would film content with my products. This never materialized.
20 days later, I received only 9 videos instead of the promised 12. To make matters worse, all videos were made using my own content—no external creators filmed anything new. The quality of these videos was substandard; some were merely 20-second clips lacking any voice-over. None of these videos performed well in marketing tests, making the investment a complete waste.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the founder reached out, offering a mini VSL to "make up" for their shortcomings. I suggested they complete the 3 missing videos before offering anything new. My suggestion was met with silence. I am now compelled to involve my lawyer to seek a refund.
Please consider this a cautionary tale before engaging with this company. What was promised as a professional service turned out to be a scam.
