I had an accident whilst holidaying and…

I had an accident whilst holidaying and my phone was completely damaged. I acquured a new phone but unable to log on unto DT&T app to make transfers. I emailed DT&T support services. I was surprised to receive a call from them and the issue was successfully resolved.
I am extremely pleased with their service provisions and for someone to have taken the time to call me out of working hours to provide the urgent required assistance. I will highly recommend DT&T to anyone.

Every time I have an incoming found I…

Every time I have an incoming found I have to wait for it to be released by somebody and if is made after 5pm is not done till next day after 9am, or even when I get money from work I need to provide proof of that and if I’m not able to do it the transfer will be cancelled, is not a single time when is not like that all the time even when I do transfer is a waiting game or I need to call them, when you have a high-street bank account is not like this, is instant or few seconds not hours or days like DT&T, very frustrating and not to say that you can’t do much more, is no satisfaction in or any other way from them to do anything or to add the card on your Apple Pay or google pay, they will say that it will be sent to relevant team which is waiting game again, if you ask for why it will turn around and say that is the regulation, well is not true cause I have account with revolut or wise and is instant in the account or when you send it, I’m not asking for anything in return just make it happen not to wait as my satisfaction is very low

I had made an urgent lending transfer…

I had made an urgent lending transfer to a friend. Well over three hours with about three calls made to the bank, and the transfer still has not been processed. Mind you, I have transferred money to this aid person before. The bank has an unnecessarily long and dreadful procedure when processing outgoing and sometimes incomin transfers with no justifiable reason
