There was a technical difficulty in transferring money for my boyfriend. I had no groceries at home or clean water for 2 days because of what ? And then in the end I didn’t get any compensation or anything just a sorry excuse of an apology 0/10. Might just close the account, because why does it take so long to send and receive money what a joke

Sterling customer service
Had a great experience with the folks at DT& T. I sent them an email to query a transaction id initiated on the app. Not only was their response super fast; it was courteous and warm hearted too. I can’t thank the lady who took my call enough,. The icing on the cake was that my request had already been carried out and I had been looking in the wrong place for verification. Sterling company! Require Too Much Personal Information
Sent high-resolution photos direct from my phone of my passport and a UK Bank statement. They now request another form of ID and another proof of address.
Never had this with another bank or finance app from the Play Store.
They also ask for a minimum of FIVE personal questions to be answered from a list of TWENTY. Imagine if they had a data breach.

My experience is mostly the convenience and fast processing of transactions. I could do remittances at any time 24 hours a day with a considerably lower rate of commission charges. Am also inclined to think that the exchange rates are competitive in comparison.
