I received the book very quickly and it was just as described. I would order from DualJ.com again without a doubt.

The price was right. the book was in excellent condition. I was out of the country and the book was there when I returned. I had hoped to have the book before I left.

Worst on-line seller I have ever dealt with. Received confirmation of my order, then waited 1 month. No book, no response from dualj to my inquiries nor my request for a refund, so I filed a complaint with PayPal. Seller didn't respond to either PayPal or to me. PayPal resolved complaint in my favor and credited my account. I have since seen numerous similar complaints against Dualj. I wonder why PayPal hasn't closed their account and how they are able to remain in business.

I ordered a book in September 2010 and they were happy to take my money upon ordering. I recieved notice that my book was on backorder and my take as long as 45 days, OK mind you the item has already been paid for.
It is now March of 2011 5 + months later and still have not recieved my book.
I have filled out the corespondence form (the only way to contact them) asking for info on my order, with no response. Also I have tryed to cancell my order in hopes of getting my money back for goods that were not delivered, and still no response. as I read other reviews I know that I am not the only one who has had this expieriance.

I placed an order for a book and never received it and now Dualj is not cooperating and will not respond to my dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

My order was "back-ordered" in July. Despite emails inviting me to cancel my order at any time, I still have no reply from the company and no refund. Opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they have not replied. DO NOT order from this company!

Dualj charges for books upon receipt of order. Later they claim delays in finding merchandise. For 6 months now they have not returned my calls (their call center says it is under repair all the time - try it and see) or my emails. Have not received books. Difficult to contest credit charge because they lead you on until it is too late to contest at credit card company. Where did all these positive reviews come from that are so generic and sound exactly the same?

After I ordered the book and patiently waited the 4-14 business day shipping time, I contacted the customer service thrice, and received no response at all. Nothing.

I couldn't find the book anywhere else and ended up having to drop the class, and lost the registration fee for the course too.

Of course, a month later there was still no response, until I filed a complaint with PayPal, after which no response for another week or so, until quietly the money was refunded with no note, no apology, nothing.

Ridiculous, this company should not be allowed to sell anything. I see quite a few people have reported them on BBB as well, guess where i'm going next.

I had an issue with not recieving my book, due to a wrong shipment address (my fault).I contacted the company and asked how I could resolve the issue. "He" has not offered to give me a tracking number or anything. In his seller agreement with paypal, he must have tracking on all of his shipments. I assume he chose not to pay for the delivery confirmation (which should have come out of MY shipping costs). Once I filed a complaint through paypal, I recieved this in email "I said that you should cancel the dispute, and send a letter to your old address and ask them to return the book, or forward the book to you. That's the only option you have that is ethical. But you chose to go the fraud route and file a claim for the money to be returned to you immediately. Not the moral thing to do...you admit in your dispute comments that you had the book shipped to the wrong address, and now when you don't receive it, you file a claim against us. You are falsifying information and profiting from it, and that's called fraud. You filed a sworn statement to paypal (when you opened the claim) stating that the item did not arrive, and yet, you don't live there anymore so you don't know that to be true. That's illegal...If you do not cancel this claim within 24 hours we will contact paypal to have them look at what you are doing and recommend your permanent paypal account termination for breach of terms of use, and then we will send all the statements you've made on this claim to our lawyers and see to it that charges are filed against you for fraud."

All I want is the tracking number, these people are rediculous. Terrible customer service...
Buyer beware!

I have ordered a textbook on dualj.com. Since it was the first time I was dealing with this website, I did not know what to expect. The book was shipped quickly and arrived as described (Used but in good condition).

I was told by my professor that I needed the Accounting for Lawyers Textbook; but that I shouldn't pay more than 20.00. This site was awesome, it took a moment to find the book, but it is.
