I will never have anything to do with…

I will never have anything to do with Duane Morris again. They are in my opinion unethical. They contractually committed to a capped fee on what they would charge a trust for representing the trustee, their client , then refused to distribute the trusts funds , over which the trustee had no discretion, unless they were paid gross excess over the capped agreed on fee. When their contractual fee cap was pointed out, they refused to address it. The trustee also did not respond. Further the trustee had demanded gifts from the beneficiaries prior to distribution, and the law firm was advised. They did not address that breach of fiduciary duty by their client either which in my opinion is facilitation of coercion and fraud. This firm should not be licensed, imo.

Please try to avoid working with them

Please try to avoid working with them, if you really have to, please avoid "Terra Martin" and "Annissa Cameron" , they have very low work ethnic and you would never want them to handle your case unless you want to get your life xxed up. They messed up my case and tried to hide it by lying to me and ignoring all my calls and wouldn't tell me until they made sure they can get away with it - True bloody life experience.
