I loved exploring the different types of jewellery they have, there’s nothing I cannot find that wouldn’t suit all types of occasions for my friends and family! I would recommend Dubaigems to everyone! I have never met such lovely staff. If it wasn’t for them I would have been lost, their communication skills are so welcoming I felt cared for as a customer and it wouldn’t be the same without them. Number 1 top quality company all around!

I found Dubai gems on Etsy and discovered what lovely jewellery they have I have purchased quite a lot from them all stunning pieces not to costly and also do sales and discounts all good quality jewellery plus no package and posting i also got a free gift for being a good customer this is my personal jewellers and will be getting more in the future thank you dubaigems

I ordered some earrings on eBay but got a phone call almost immediately saying that they were no longer available. I was given a total refund at this point and was asked to log on to the Dubai Gems website to see if there were any earrings that I would like. I checked the website, found some earrings, and phoned Dubai Gems back. They set them aside for me and as a gesture of goodwill gave me a discount on the earrings for my inconvenience. When they arrived they were just as shown on the screen and came with small bag and a packet showing they clarity and size of the diamonds in the earrings. I was really impressed with the customer service (and the earrings) and will certainly be using Dubai Gems again.

I just received my beautiful jewelry items I purchased from Dubaigems all the items are absolutely gorgeous and beautiful.I had very good experience with this purchase from start to finish very helpful and friendly staff. Special thank you to the gentleman who I spoke to over the phone he was very polite and friendly and even gave me discount.
