HORRIBLE

I ordered some dog chews on this website. To reach the minimum delivery amount I also ordered a dog tag. Delivery is within 3 days. After 3 days I called to check on the status of my order because I could no longer find the chews available on their website so feared they were out of stock.
I was told by the company that the order was only awaiting the dog tag. Later, after a week, when i followed up again I was told the dog chews weren't available, but the dog tag was ready. It wasn't the dog tag that I was mainly after. But I was never asked to begin with if I wanted to cancel the order.
The delivery person was rude and extremely arrogant.
I would never recommend buying from this store.
