Please avoid using

Please avoid using, and especially do not send one direct to friends.. The company is very pushy and send out more coins and bills. It can be quite scary if you get caught easily by this type of scare mongering

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with, I ordered a coin on the 16/12/2025 online, filled out the form and paid for item, come Jan still didn't receive rang Dublinmint to confirm my address and was toldnt it will take a month to get item, waited rang again was toldnt it's on the way only to find out in Feb on An Post my coin is in Belfast with my Cork address and UK postal code, worst company I have ever dealt with, will not deal with this company no more

Jayne was very professional and…

Jayne was very professional and sympathetic to the problems and disappointment I encountered after ordering and paying for two coins.
It transpired that The Dublin Mint do not deal outside of Ireland.
A pity that Irish people living abroad cannot avail of The Dublin Mint products.
Thanks to Jayne for the regular updates and attempts to find a satisfactory solution in my favour.
My payment for the medals will be returned in due course.

This company sells coins at a high price unfortunately their coins are only worth scrap metal prices. I bought coins that were worthless when i had them valued. If you are thinking of buying from them then Google the company. They are terrible

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. They are OK to buy off but then the marketing starts.
Constant letters and cold calls. Pushy sales tactics. Despite regularly asking to be taken off the list they still keep coming. I have blocked the no. and just dump the letters now.
Also they are not Irish and have no relation to the country and are based in Wales to my knowledge.
Embarrassment.

Honesty is very important.

Spoke with your representative Teigan who was amazingingly helpful. I was very disappointed when my order arrived. I was sold a package of 4 coins for €170. Only 3 arrived. It only through Teigan that I realised, the remaining 1 was available at an extra cost. Hugely disappointed as I felt I had been mislead. This has resulted in me returning the coins which arrived and cancelling my order.

Non contactable and persistently ringing my phone…

I have been sent coins which I am willing to pay for I sent on a cheque 2 weeks ago to the dublin office. As of yet it has not been taken from my account and yet they are ringing everyday. I keep missing the calls but for some reason, when I call the number back I can never get through to anyone . Awful service. Just want to pay them off ASAP and have nothing more to do with them or else send the coins back and get a total refund on what I've already paid them. They work in cahoots with an office in Wales called the London mint office. Something is not sitting right here with me about this company.

Great experience of customer support

Evan was extremely helpful and tried to find an alternative way for me to purchase the coins.
He was courteous and not at all pushy. I would be very inclined to come back at a later date and purchase them when my financial situation improves.
