The delivery time was extremely long. I thought the order would come from the Netherlands, but unfortunately the goods are from China. They responded while the items were still on their way. As soon as I returned the shoes at my own expense, nobody contacted me anymore.

Worst Company ever. Wrote 10 mails to send the shoes back because way to Small. Sended pictures everything- No answer, nothing. Products direct from China, very cheap and totally overpriced on this page. How they can operate like this? It’s a shame. I would give minus Stars if I could!!!! Horrible- Never Order here

I received the wrong product which was ordered in Holland and now I have to send it on my cost to China in order to get money back 😮

I ordered a wooden puzzle set from this store twice because the listing showed very cute animal designs. The product that arrived wasn’t as heavy or premium as I expected. The wood feels lighter than similar sets I’ve bought before, and the packaging is quite basic. However, the puzzles themselves are colorful, smooth, and my niece enjoyed them immediately. They’re safe, no splinters, and the shapes fit well. They’re not gift box premium, but for everyday play, they do the job perfectly. In the end, I’m still happy with what I bought.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a rain poncho and was not as described and would not work for me. I needed it to cover me, my walker and portable oxygen contractor. The website says The Netherlands, it was shipped from a California address, but to return it I had to send to China. Had to be returned with tracking or they would not guarantee refund. I paid $95.00 + shipping. Was going to cost $91.00 to return. What a rip off deceitful company.
I donated the poncho to my local homeless shelter.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They took 3 weeks to arrive. I want to send them back, because there are too big, contacted the Dulopi by e-mail and they started to request more and more information, first reason, then if I wanted to exchange the product, then they requested videos and fotos from the shoes. I sent totally 10 e-mails and I still did not get a reply. I payed alread the shoes and hope I will get a reimbursement.

Cleaner cuts from the stainless clipper finally stopped the annoying splitting that always happened when cheaper tools wore down too fast. This store has a quality product, would buy again.

This store is good, the stretch fit pair I ordered held its shape better and made casual outfits a lot less frustrating to put together.

Returned item to an address in PRC. Never got any money back!
The package was returned to my address after 4 months. The address I sent it to was correct.
Do not order anything from Dulopi.

The creative kit kept my nephew busy way longer than I expected and kept the living room neat because everything clicks right back into the case. Worth the product.

If I could I would have given -100stars. The product i got was not alike the picture they sold the under. BASTARDS, I bought some UGG slippers named W tasman that's normaly from UGG but they send me a China copy that did'nt look like the picture and feels soo cheapy that i won't even give them to my mother in love. STAYYY AWAY. Now I have wrote that I would like to return the product and get my money back. But haven't heard anything yet. So I will put my Layer into the case.

Low quality products!
The company appears on their website to be based in the Netherlands however it really based in China, so returning an item will likely exceed what you paid for your item.

CHINA SHIT ... STAY AWAY! After a long time, I received my package yesterday and it was not the product I had bought at all - it came in smaller parts that I then had to glue together - but it did come with glue - WTF!

It took about 3 weeks to get the item and there was one item missing out of the two I had ordered. I won't encourage anyone to shop on their website

If I could give 0 zero stars I would. This company is bluntly thieves they take your money and do not even send the goods. I have now got my lawyer involved and I claiming the money back from my bank. Crooks do not purchase a thing from them.

Scam, after many months of fighting these arrogant people did not even care to return money paid for a scam item, advertised as wool blanket with pseudo Hermes logos. Copyright apart the item does not even have a composition label. Reported to police and probably investigateurs, these Wuhan China based empty shell of a site still continues its criminal stealing from people

Beware this business presents itself on their site as a Dutch company with headquarters in Netherlands but actually it is a scam! These are Chinese low quality items shipping from Wuhan!
This is scam! I refuse the item, but unsure if I will get a refund. Prices are European items are Chinese cheap stuff I have reportzed to my local police, the item was absolute trash they contacted when needed information but when I contact them for a refund nothing comes back in each European country they have a local phone that is fake. Sopify should be punished for this! And google should be punished for advertising this!
