A zero Stars rating for Dunsmore Motorz…

A zero Stars rating for Dunsmore Motorz is too much. a big read but worth it to save anyone getting in the same situation.
On 20th July 2026 I bought "an Excellent Example", "well maintained" Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6hdi advertised through Autotrader, a number of invoices given to me of work carried out by an "In-house Mechanic"
On Sunday 2nd August was the 1st major breakdown, less than 400 miles driven, on a busy dual carriageway, warning lights, Limp mode, misfire. The RAC breakdown report stated Replace Injector 1. Car was undrivable and being a Sunday, didnt know where to take car that was "approved garages" on Dunsmore's Terms and Conditions.
Contacted Dunsmore 10am Monday, told to send RAC report, did not get reply until 15.30 saying bring the car to us to be inspected by our mechanic and repaired. How do I do that?? I asked where the nearest "approved garages" (note plural) was, but was told that it "must" come to them, I had to pay recovery (Shiply online quote £380!!), eventually an agreement from Dunsmore, cost £300, and I was told to pay half, £150 cash direct to driver!! Wednesday 5th Aug car still had not moved "awaiting recovery booking", so I had little choice but to source a replacement Injector and arrange local repair. Injector was £125.00, (cheaper than recovery charge!). I emailed Dunsmore this, and asked as a good will gesture that they pay for the part (would cost them anyway) To this date (26th August) NO reply whatsoever, completely ignored.
Not the end because on 16th August was the more dangerous 2nd breakdown, my partner had heard a noise at the front of the car. My inspection, jacked car up, discovered that the front passenger side wheel, Brake Disc and Hub Assembly was loose. I filmed this, and emailed video to Dunsmore on 17th Aug. Contacted Citizens Advice Consumer Rights, all confirmed within the 30 day law Consumer Rights Act 2015, Warwickshire Trading Standards would be informed. 21st August car was inspected by my approved local garage, yes, wheel bearing severely defective (whole hub assembly can part company from vehicle), confirmed evidence of previous work, New CV Boot, this was one of the invoices from Dunsmore of "In-house" repair work. And still to this date (26th Aug) NO response from Dunsmore on this new issue either.
Where do they think they can hide, the car is a Death Trap, I am not giving up, the Public need to know, DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM DUNSMORE MOTORZ LTD.
