Well laid out showroom with all the different window options on show, Jon is very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain and show everything, as we are being very particular to closely match Critall style windows. Duration can do this for us.
Highly recommended.

We were recommended by our builder's window supplier to make a visit. It was great to see their great range of products and our guide there Ken was really patient explaining everything, comparing the different products, pricing, etc.. You'll definitely be able to make an informed choice after your visit.

This five star review is for the extensive displays of the range of products at the showroom and for the personable, knowledgeable and very helpful Ken who patiently showed us all the alternatives for secondary glazing. Though I had a good idea of what I wanted Ken was able to help me with some of the other possibilities and pointed out the benefits and disadvantages clearly. I haven’t yet placed an order but certainly will in the next few days as I now feel confident of my choices. Thanks Ken

This company produces high quality good value glazing solutions. I have been a repeat customer with them over a period of nearly 20 years. The aftercare support is also very reliable and this is added value.

Prompt reply and help from James and Coral in response to my query over a problem I had with windows which had been installed by another company for the previous home owners .

Contacted Duration several years after installation of bifold doors being supplied and fitted. The doors have been fine but through my own fault a handle broke and Duration were quick to respond recognising the order from years back and ordered a new handle for me and posted it out. Exactly what you would want but unfortunately seldom get. Top marks.

We did a video call with Ken. Although, this was not ideal, actually, we saw everything we needed. Ken used the camera well to show us the detail we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained and displayed the different options. Buying £16,000 of windows via video call was a bit daunting, but it was made easier with Ken's patient service.

Heard good things through word of mouth so visited, was greeted by Ken who was fab, he talked me through my options without any hard sell and without making me feel rushed. Thank you!

I understand I was asking a lot to try get 3 more windows made and delivered, but she has made it possible.

I’ve been dealing with Amber for a large refurbishment project that I’m undertaking in Hadleigh, Essex, the windows & doors are obviously going to be playing a large part of this, Amber has been so professional in listening & understanding to mine & my clients needs!

I was unable to visit the showroom but was able to carry out a virtual visit by Zoom.
Ken showed me around and answered all my questions.

Duration Windows were recommended to me by a friend who is a window fitter. I called the showroom and spoke to Ken; he couldn’t have been more accommodating and invited to me attend an appointment that day. Normally, as a woman on my own, and being clueless about glazing, I would have been slightly cautious but I’d read Ken’s reviews in advance and he was great. He showed me a range of options; clearly explain the pros and cons of each one. He printed off the doors that I selected and I left knowing exactly what I want and how much it’s going to cost. Thanks Ken. You’re a superstar. PS My parking tip is to drive past the main gates, go to the next set of gates and there is plenty of customer parking next to reception.

We came to the showroom to see some window options, for our project. Ken was super helpful and guided us through all the various configurations. He made sure we took away all the right brochures and has followed up with us since. A superb customer experience.

I bought a full house worth of windows about 10 years ago from the heritage range. Pricey but I hoped that meant quality. The handles started breaking one by one soon after the guarantee ended (after 2 years). Worth also that the the astragal bars were just stuck on with a sticky tape and periodically fall off, they are purely decorative and not part of the window frame.

For the handles cheap metal has been used so interior parts break and then the handles started snapping. It was a battle to get replacements, rude customer service, they couldn't be bothered.

After about 4 years I was told the range is no longer manufactured and they can't supply the parts anymore (they changed the design, probably because the ones I have are so bad). Now, over two thirds of my windows (10 out of 14) have broken handles and can't be used and I have been told there is no way to replace them.

Awful, awful service for what was supposed to be a premium product. I would never recommend this company. It's been 8 years ongoing with windows that can't be opened, snapped handles and no sign of a fix and a lot of time wasted.

We had a last minute requirement for some additional materials, Coral went out of her way to ensure the extra we needed was added to the delivery for the next day (I have no doubt having to be very nice to several different departments to help us out). Excellent service, many thanks Coral

We moved into our new house 4 years ago, the windows having been fitted by Duration in 2011. Inevitably these have begun to fog up in places and Duration have been excellent in replacing what is needed.
Customer service (from Elise and Lucy) has always been helpful and generally extremely efficient, including finding the original orders and specifications from 14 years ago!. They provide excellent value for money, which includes delivery to our home. Takes about 10 minutes to replace.
