Large Selection of UNavailable Products

Company started out good, but now most of the selection is NOT available - although listed on the site for a long time. Either it is marketing hype or they really don't know that a wide selection of 1.5L bottles are a basic for many people.
Go look at the site, more than 75% of the selection is not available.

Normally no problems

Normally no problems, but the last few times delivery was over three hours. I’ve wanted to order again but now it’s not possible at all, there are no delivery times available at all, tried all day from midday but never a chance. As a disabled person, it’s not possible from me to jump in a car and bring everything up to my flat, so I would really appreciate it if you could just deliver as promised

They will not deliver as promised.

This company is just not capable of handling the market. They claim, and made a huge deal with their marketing about it, that they can deliver in the same day. Well, this is just not true, they will deliver between 2 and 4 days after your order. I am looking for an alternative and forget about this poor service.

Second time, last time

Second time, probably last time. Order was canceled for no reason and I just found out because i checked the receipt that just had zeros on it. The guy on the Hotline could not explain what happened

Terrible schedule and customer support

I gave an order on Wednesday to be delivered on Saturday between 7PM and 9PM. I got an email 15 minutes before 7PM saying that the driver is about reach my place. I trusted the deliver schedule and made other plans with my friends around 9PM. As of writing the time is 11PM and still waiting. I had to cancel my other plans and the customer support was suggesting me to go for other plans at 10PM. So I will be waited for nothing for 3 hours! What a smart advice right? I do understand that your service is under heavy use because of the current pandemic but I can’t really understand how you can’t deliver the orders that you promise to deliver in 2 hours within 4 hours! Either you are just lying to your customers or you are really bad at scheduling. In both cases, it makes you a bad company so I hope there will be many more to teach you how to build business.(note: it wasn’t possible to give zero stars, that’s why you got one from me)

A couple of teething problems...

I've used Durstexpress a handful of times and the drivers are courteous and friendly. They have always managed to hit the target of two hours, which for Berlin, is quite a challenge.
Communication is the problem here, I have had orders cancelled without prior warning, and subsequent enquiries have been met with a less than sympathetic ear. Apart from that, all's good, I'll continue to use them.

Friendly drivers but... ux from 1995

Friendly drivers but...
Normally over two hours
No app available and mobile site no really optimized
Each time i order the same products but i always have toreenter them from the scratch, the same applies to my postal code
And why cant i store my credit card
Summary nice idea but even my grandmother would have desgined a more user friendly flow and interface

Good idea but room for improvement

The service is good if you don‘t rely on the delivery being in time. 80% of my recent orders were delayed by at least an hour. Also, friendliness and professionalism of the drivers vary largely from very friendly and professional to outright rude and disrespectful. Good concept but definitely room for improvement.

Munich: 5 hours delivery time

We are ordering in Munich. Here delivery is massively delayed, despite their claim to deliver within 2 hours, we have been waiting now for more than 3,5 hours. This also means that we had to cancel our dinner plans for tonight.We called the service Hotline, where we were told that the driver is still more than one hour away, so delivery will probably happen after 5 hours. We asked if a discount was possible, but were told that the delay is not yet long enough for that.
This is unacceptable. We will never order here again.

These guys are awesome!

These guys are awesome!
I have used Durstexpress regularly for the past 1.5 years and the service is exceptional.
Usually they deliver your order in around 2 hours here in Berlin. If they really have a lot of orders and are unable to meet the two hour window they will tell you BEFORE you order. Even during the Covid crisis they usually were able to be on time.
You can return empties and they will even accept cans and bottles they don't have in their inventory and which you didn't buy at Durstexpress.
Thank you Durstexpress. I love you guys!

Excelent and Useful Service

I started using durstexpress since last month, and i am really satisfied with the service. The delivery is always really fast (within 2 hours), and the delivery staff is always helpful and nice.

Good concept, but it doesnt work.. they dont deliver and they dont tell you why.

I was very happy the first time I tried them out. Under 2 hours to wait, good prices and the delivery guys was nice and polite.
But tried to order yesterday, got a order confirmation after entering payment info, and everything looked ok. After waiting 3 hours I wrote them, and they replied that there was an error and they couldn't deliver. Very unprofessional to not notify me earlier. I tried ordering again today, and the same thing happened. I got a confirmation after entering payment info, and it all looked ok. I wrote customer support to ask if everything was ok with my order since I had the problems yesterday, and the reply I got was "the order has not arrived. I cant tell you why it didn't work out".
No useful help to get from them, and no notification if there is a mistake and they cant deliver.
Too bad, I love the concept and would definitely have used them a lot both at my work place and privately, but after screwing it up 2 days in a row the company seems unable to actually do what they claim.
I rather use a späti next time, cost more and I have to go out but at least I know I get my Berlin Pilsner and my Pepsi Max.

Never again

Never again. I paid with Paypal, never received anything. They never replied to my emails, neither to my calls. Now I opened a dispute on Paypal and hope to get at least my money back. And...guess what..all of a sudden the information about my orders on my accound disappeared (I can see anything else but "My orders"), I don't think it's a coincidence..
