Pure scam. Sadly I’ve ordered from them way before they started scamming people so i didn’t even think about checking reviews.
Furthermore, they emailed me after ordering and said they don’t deliver to my country when it’s below a certain sum. It was weird but i thought whatever, i can order more. Then they suddenly mentioned that i have to pay some insurance fee or whatever, they claimed that they didn’t get one payment because their bank account was closed ? Idk, lots of scammy stuff and now they refuse sending me the package if i don’t pay the fee and they also refuse to give me a refund so a lot of money lost.

They send you regular but cokmpletely different products (like a shampoo or hair comb). worth just pennies. Don't buy or fall for this scam

ORDERED DID NOT ARRIVED. NO WAY OF GETTING PAYMENT BACK. Email to Dutch city sales does not work, not possible on their website submit ticket nor start complaint. Man behind every few days makes register New Company with KVKand "New Account with bank as subaccount for piramide scheme!

ordered and paid, nothing received. They send you a track & trace email but package is not yet receieved by the shipping company.. no way to contact them as their supposed ticked system is not working... scamers. submit complaint to authorities to take the site down

They take the money but do not send the ordered items or send something different of no value as a table game
It happens to me 4 time do not order anythings and disseminate information

After I paid my order, I was sent a package without my order... I want my money back if you won't be sued for scam

A person orders from you, he doesn't get what he ordered. When he asks for his money back for the nothing you sent him, he has to pay extra to get something. You pay for a lot of nothing ....

I myself was biased by this scam website and here are the measures I already taken to recover my payment from 4 days ago:
- Reported to my bank the fraude website and they're cyber security department is already working on it.
- Bank to bank, authorities to authorities, do the math.
- Reported to Google (which is also responsible for keeping a fake website showing as first choice when searching), You can report it at Google's Safe Browsing Report page.

Do not only complain! ACT!!!

they used to be real, selling the products, good prices, and fast delivery. The past month they became a scam. I ordered 3 times. I receive a package but it is empty. It has only a bag. The 1st & 2nd time I thought might be a mistake. But 3 times in one month? Morerover, you can not contact them (submit a ticket) anymore. Total scammers.

Le site a laissé passer ma commande, a encaissé l'argent, mais rien ne se passe, le site a supprimé la possibilité de réclamer, c'est purement du vol. Si cet argent ne revient pas, il sera hors de question de commander quoi que ce soit de chez eux à l'avenir quels que soient leurs produits furturs

The website accepted my order and took the money, but nothing is happening. They’ve even removed the option to write a complaint by sumiting a ticket— this is outright theft. If I don’t get my money back, there is no way I will ever order anything from them again, no matter what products they will release in the future.
Stay away, keep your money safe or you ll be disappointed

But why is the order still pending?Why don't you answer I hope it's not a scam it would be a shame because I would let it be known everywhere that you received my money and not send my order, I thought I could continue to buy you in the future but if you became dishonest?? For 140€ I don't believe in risking your reputation, I think you just have an oversight could you tell me what it is? I suppose they are almost bankrupt and stopped sending parcel after payment. In the past I ordered for more than 10 times. Never had a problem.
On 22/04/25 I've ordered for 160,36 EUR. (Ordernumber D20251743). Track and trace was active, but the parcel was not moving. Until today, I did not receive that parcel. No reply after submitting a ticket (3 times-!).
Also in The Netherlands, thieves like this exist!

The original website is dutchcitysale.net These people are scammers, and they cloned the real website. Do not order from them.

I placed an order 07/12/22 and paid via bank transfer for around €140.
I had asked via a ticket on the site how to have my order sent via courier or special delivery as they claim thats the only way they guarantee reship and I wanted it quicker than standard mail.
I only asked cos when I got to the payment page it just had standard mail as the postage option and no way to change it.
I never got a response I think.
I never received a payment confirmation email or an email to say they were preparing my order (as you usually get from these sort of sites).
I waited and eventually placed another ticket asking if order had been shipped and if they had tracking number.
If I remember correctly I don't think they responded.
(I'm saying "if I remember correctly" as I can't check as they have deleted my account I made the order from so I can't see my order or tickets).
I created another account to send them tickets to ask about my order in December and they just said "we don't rectify any orders over 2 months old" and when I said they had deleted my original account and the only proof I had ordered anything from them that I had was my email and bank transfer (which I sent them screenshots) and also might have told them I felt while still sending me spam (through this new account lol) about changing the websites design and logo etc was merely a way of keeping their exit Scamming going a bit longer as some might think it's a new site or new owners.
*PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR TRICK, THEY ARE THE SAME SCAMMERS THEY WERE LAST YEAR!*

So long story short (sorry for the novel)
They scammed me out of €140 on December and then deleted my account.
Unfortunately I was away a few days after the order was placed until may so couldn't have even tried to rectify this within the alleged 2 month period they claim. (Almost certainly a lie).
I had placed an order from a site called Spanish City Sales about 3 years ago for 1 item 6-apb and it came with no issues other than taking about 2 weeks.
When I mentioned this to Dutch city sales they claimed they had no affiliation with that company🤔
Shame Spanish city went out of business but I can guarantee you now that Dutch city sales is exit Scamming and have been for a while.
They even have the audacity to change the logo and branding etc to make them seem like a new site but are so cheap they won't pay for fake reviews on here to do damage control as they have such a low rating.
Most scamming sites pay companies to post hundreds of fake reviews to cover the tens of real ones showing they are fake.
